Explanation of what happened here: due to the fact that the actions of vivisection occur literally after terminated, Sammy has a memory that he must shoot at the bf, but the doc does not control this, which is very unusual for him. At the moment when Sammy's idle changes, it means that he somehow starting back to life (how? IDK LOL) and when Sammy wakes up, he realizes that he certainly won't get out of this situation alive. So he's like uh uh... you know. End this nstuff

I just realized that when Sammy shoots, 049 looks in shock at Sammy. 049 is not making Sammy shoot, Sammy's shooting through his own control and hatred for BF. Awesome detail, and such a good reskin.

0:55 small detail i noticed with the plague doctor chart, you can see clearly that the plague doctor misses a few arrows while sammy momentarily breaks free from the doctor's control

I was supposed to comment that this isn't a real gun, but when I actually took my time to count the amount of shots in the song, it doesn't seem any odd.
As long as Sammy did reload his gun after Terminated, this gun might be a regular one.
Edit:
This gun, as I've noticed after some research, looks very similar to Baretta 92, which holds up to 20 bullets in a magazine. Sammy has shot his guy about 7 times in Terminated, so that means that not only this gun was real but it also had most likely 3 bullets left in the magazine.
