- Israel believes that without military pressure, Hamas will hold onto the hostages indefinitely. Additionally, Hamas has made it clear that it intends to repeat October 7, so Israel and the USA insist that Hamas be removed from Gaza.

80 percent of the tunnels are still intact and if that's what the government is saying it's probably higher they could be any where except the only place they should be and that's at home with their family
