I am thrilled Susan Joy Heck will be coming back to Tampa in 2023.
Lord willing, I won't miss her this time. She teaches truth, stirs my soul, and makes me more zealous for living a holy life before the Lord.

      @@MommaT1970 Hey MommaT...
I've been in contact with Vilmaris who is heading up the conference in March 2023. As time draws near, most likely will have more information.
I plan to get the WORD out to my community of faith (COF) and hope other women will do the same.
This godly woman has blessed me so. I so appreciate the good work God is doing in her to stoke our flames for Christ higher. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any more questions.

Thank you for being who you are, you make me try and be a better me in Christ.
It is difficult in today's life and challenging, my sin grieves me, i have made so many mistakes, i do try and pray that it will be enough for Christ.

Did she say (somewhere around 1 hour 42 minutes) that her husband read the entire Bible 10 times a month?
    How?

    • @lyds4465
      @lyds4465 4 месяца назад

Quick question? How many times have you read it in your lifetime? He probably didn't read it in an hour, a month, but he read it over thousands of times in his lifetime as he was a pastor.
If you work it out, it takes 65-70 hours to read through it, completely, there is 168 hours in a week tikes that with four
It's easy to point out what suits us, but the obvious is we haven't even done it once.

@@lyds4465 I was just wondering... when you have for example 8 hours a day to read the Bible... Can man read the whole Bible in a month 10 times? I read mine 2 or 3 times a year... I am 56 now so if you want to count; be my guest 😊😅
And all the time I am studying one book of Scripture. During my study I read a book over and over again; NT 30 times, OT 15 times. I study 7 to 10 Books a year...
      Any more questions?
      O yeah... I don't have a 📺😂

I have a TV, and I spend more time doing research, than watching things on TV that use God's and Jesus's name in vain, things that are teaching people all the wrong things. 😊 That sin is good and it's God's right to forgive you, they abuse that is so many ways. And that is sad.
I have more fun doing this than watching a series..❤
I am 41 and only now trying to read the Bible through, and doing it with my kids. I am not pointing a finger, just wanted to point out the obvious, we have so much time, and yet we don't do it anyway, and it's not just us, it's everyone, and a comment like yours, might give people the wrong impression, I didn't have that, cause it was logic, today's people don't do logic. ❤ We want to encourage people, not stop them in their tracks, and maybe if they do basic maths, they will see it's not impossible. Cause it's not. ❤
People complain that they don't have time, I make time, ifni can't read I listen to the Bible, cleaning, driving, or just chilling, I might be busy with my hands, but my ears are doing something too, listening. People want to make excuses and in the end the excuses will not work, we have enough time, and more than enough resources, we can do this, even of it's 10 times a year, a week or a month. Whether it's chapters or the whole book, I envy you, cause it took me a long time. Now I have all the time cause I make it available.
Lots of love from South Africa, where sound doctrine is non existent ❤❤❤

I do have. A TV and I don't watch it, I don't have time for people using God's name in Vain and Jesus's,
If you take it there is 168 hours in a week, and it takes 65-70 hours to work through the Bible even if you just listen to it online, sure everyone reads at their own pace, but it's not impossible, for us it's logic, for other people it's not, it was not an attack on you, at all. I am 41 and for the first time I am trying to read the Bible through for the first time, like you I like to do chapters more than once sometime, cause you do miss things or it makes more sense the second or third. But that's us, not the majority of people out there, not even trying.
I admire your courage and the fact you have done it so many times, I will do my best to do the same.
