- This ride was just over an hour, but I did manage to shorten it, but not by much. I did see quite a few Texas Longhorn today as I entered the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. I have read somewhere that the refuge helped save the Texas Longhorn from extinction. How true is any information in this day and age?

Another nice ride on some scenic roadway. The ride up to Mt. Scott is still on my bucket list if I'm ever in that area.

Great ride paul I loved seeing the longhorns ,and damn your bike sounds soooo good. Clean and great audio of the exhaust notes that can be hard for me to capture really really cool. 🍻 👏 ✌️
Thanks! As for the exhaust note, I am using a ZOOM H1 essential for the exhaust recording. The wireless mic that comes with the China action camera does a great job recording voice, but once the motorcycle is started, the sound is distorted, blown out, and unusable. So for now, I do not record voice. I tried using a lavaliere mic, but the exhaust drowned my voice out, which made it unusable.
