The challenge that this movie has is that people who don’t understand that they’re differentiating the difference between NICE and “NICE” and honestly they’re correct. It’s okay to be nice. It’s another thing to let your guard down and let people walk all over you. You need to be assertive and stand firm on what you believe. Otherwise you’ll be easily offended, manipulated, and depressed once you realize that people don’t return your “nice” back. The real world is cruel. You have to have some defense. Mavka, you done good to teach that. Too bad many people didn’t get it.

It's nice to see a movie from my country getting popular abroad as well, the film survived a war while it was in the making which is impressive even if the movie isn't all that great and has it's flaws. ❤🇺🇦
This movie is beautiful! I watched it earlier today, the music is incredible and the animation is visually stunning. wonderful work by these animators, it would be impressive solely for the budget it was made with, and it's even more impressive considering it was made in an active war zone.

I agree with the pinned comment. It's okay to be nice but you gotta have to be smart about it. Not everyone is nice and they use your kindness for their own benefit. I was once like that too, being too nice because i was afraid everyone might find me rude or anything, they used me for anything and i finally realized all this years they never did the same for me so i learned on how to say no for what i believe it is right to refuse. Habits still followed me but now i found people who repaid my kindness with theirs.
