Sourdough Discard Coffee Cake

Recipe
1/2 c butter
1/2 c oil
3/4 c honey
4 eggs
1/2 c sourdough discard
2 c flour
1 T baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk
Sugar mixture:
1/4 c butter
3/4 c coconut sugar
2 T flour
1 T cinnamon
Bake 350 F
