You could try Blender; it's free. There is a lot to learn to do this kind of animation, but...it's great fun to do and there are a lot of free/cheap resources for learning. Cheers.

that harpoon and rope does not have enough mass to pull and launch a massive shark like that. Newton's first law of motion; that harpoon would have gotten yanked back and the fat guy would have gotten his head bitten off. Also, why does the shark have a tongue?

+Andrew Demarest I think you're confusing storyboard, with STORY. The whole thing was weird and dumb and didn't make any sense, but I guess that was the point. No professional storyboard artist, director or animator could have saved this, in it's current concept.
+Videografik stop complaining these animation are made to hive people a laugh... bot gocused to havr the best grapjic for example..... in a game version you seem to go for the graphic than the "package" inside....
