This is my 12th favorite Dreamworks movie. I'd give it an 8.5/10. It's very good. Not my favorite, but another really good one from the studio. Dreamworks is so good that even their 12th best movie is still really good. They do still have made some very bad films, though. And this movie has one of the best Dreamworks villains.
