The music director gets the rights over the song and the tune and the producer or the company he sells the music rights gets the rights over the recorded song. Further Raja signed some special contracts for many of his movies whereby he got all intellectual property rights over his songs. Ialiyaraja was within his rights in sending that notice.

Swayam ga SPB gare oka show (paduta teeyaga anukunta) lo chepparu, emanante "Venturi garu goppa lyricist, kani ilanti lyrics enduku rasaro ee Pataki adi tune ki rasina lyrics, ardam ledu pata lo Ani". But aah pata super hit, because of instrumentation and composition. Oka tune create chesarante major part credit goes to Composer only. This is no way related to video. Just want to comment on your views anthe. I respect composer, lyricist, singer and musicians equally.

Never insult singers. They add value to composers. If the singers voice is not good and versatility in singing is not there, whatever you composed would be waste. You are only adding value to the song with instruments. Think about our very Kirtans, songs, padyas composed by our great Thyagaraja or Annamayya or Nannayya, Vemana etc. which became popular just by lyrics and not so such instruments jamboree. They are cherished even today. Your songs go into oblivion after sometime. Who remember your songs now, except for a few numbers, since they goy melody because of singers voice. Let a donkey sing to your tunes and see what is the public reaction. Never insult Legendary singers like Ghanatasla, SPB, Suseelamma, Janaki amma etc. You never have self respect or gratitude to telugu music doyens, and you say you loved working with Hindi music directors.

Ultimately ఒక పాట ను ఎవరు అయితే పాడతారో ,వాళ్ళ ద్వారా వింటాము కాబట్టి ఫలానా ( బాలుగారు, మనో గారు, చిత్ర గారు) వాళ్ళ పాట గా గుర్తిస్తాము. అంత మాత్రాన composer కీ విలువ ఇవ్వనట్టు కాదు మరియు తగ్గించినట్టు కాదు. ఎంత ఎదిగిన ఒదిగి ఉండడం బాలసుబ్రహ్మణ్యం గారి నుంచి తెలుసుకోవాలి.

I feel sad that music directors don’t get enough credits same like movie directors. If any movie is HIT then credit goes to heroes not directors it happens in Telugu artist association mostly .

Never insult singers. They add value to composers. If the singers voice is not good and versatility in singing is not there, whatever you composed would be waste. You are only adding value to the song with instruments. Think about our very Kirtans, songs, padyas composed by our great Thyagaraja or Annamayya or Nannayya, Vemana etc. which became popular just by lyrics and not so such instruments jamboree. They are cherished even today. Your songs go into oblivion after sometime. Who remember your songs now, except for a few numbers, since they goy melody because of singers voice. Let a donkey sing to your tunes and see what is the public reaction. Never insult Legendary singers like Ghanatasla, SPB, Suseelamma, Janaki amma etc.
You never have self respect or gratitude to telugu music doyens, and you say you loved working with Hindi music directors.
