I literally laughed out loud when the question on how many times you chewed your food was mentioned. But after thinking about it - it can play a part in digestive problems. I found that implementing good bacteria, digestive enzymes, vitamin D coupled with eating smaller portions and chewing slower helped me. I hope this helps🙏🏾
Good call on the gas tank keys. In some places like Illinois, the Walmarts are notorious for gas stealing and meth addicts hanging around overnight. Please don't be offended if you are from the state; this is the experience of a few van lifers.
Speaking of security, I saw a video from another van lifer. When they went to bed they use a ratchet type strap between the 2 front so that no one could forcefully open the doors. I don’t remember who put out video but I will try to find it for you.

You need to make sure you do your research on AT tires, such as you need to rotate them every 3-5k, make sure you have your alignment correct or the tires will cup, also you will lose a small MPG because they are a heavier tire then street tires. If you start to feel the steering wheel shake over 55-65 mph you might need the tires road forced balance.
These tires will be much better on ice/snow and heavy rain ! I AT up all my vehicles. So it is shocking when I have to drive a vehicle with 'normie' tires.
Great advice - there isn’t a lot of room from the tire to van body front and back - mostly for snow build up - it can be an issue here in Ontario Canada - that shovel might come in handy.

Hey you should try to make a Buddha bowl. It has spinach, chickpeas (seasoned to your liking), onions, avacado. Cherry tomatoes and carrots. Usually it's mostly raw but I luke to add grilled chicken. I use Greek dressing. It's so yummy 😋

I knew you were in the military, but eating slow is the best thing for digestion chewing is the first form of digestion and it’s so important that we eat slowly, we sure food slowly you get fuller faster in the food is broken down the way it should be so your stomach and your distance isn’t working so hard.

Spinach is great. I've been eating a bowl of Spinach and strawberry with pecan salad(home made)almost daily and I can see an improvement on my skin and also my energy levels.

My Dad got a locking gas cap for our car while on vacation. We took a trip in the winter for a couple weeks to Florida. We were at a motel and there was a commotion outside. My Dad ran out and he caught a guy siphoning our gas. Those tires look fierce.

If by chance your check engine light comes on, replace it with old one and see if light goes off. Sometimes a bad fitting tank cap can cause problems.

Also get some flat boards you can put under tires if get stuck.
I cannot eat ice berg lettuce due to my IBS-D. Spring mixes and especially romaine lettuce I can, and love, to eat. And they taste better, too.
