In Pakistan during the summer a lot of people stay indoors from midday until the evening because of the heat, they wake up super early and get stuff done before it gets really hot
Always take dehydration salts with you. Does the trick!!! Take them regularly when in hot countries.

Hi Callum, I love your videos! I'm from Islamgargh Mirpur, grew up in Bradford Yorkshire and now living in Edinburgh.
Your sweating a lot, check the material of your tops, if they're synthetic you will sweat constantly, wear cotton tops. Buy a scarf to cover your head for shade.

I have experienced this myself in Mirpur. Its too humid there in August thats because of Mangla dam's water levels being highest in the months of August/September . Your first couple days would be the hardest, you would be drenched in sweat especially if youre coming from cooler areas, after that your body gets used to and it doesn't feel as bad.
That hot weather's nae use for us boy's, its fine and cool here in Scotland.🥵 😂

in case you didn't know India has made the UN officially declare some form of bollux where Azad Kahmir is called Pakistan occupied Kashmir, so newspapers and governments are no longer allowed to say "Azad". so by saying Azad Kashmir ur breaching a UN resolution and it really pisses off many Indians/politicians.
but we don't give a fuck, it's our country and we call it AZAD Kashmir.
