- The purpose of this video is to show how Cliniminds prepares its students for the real world interview. This is a sample of one of the interviews. Every student goes through several such interview preparation sessions.
Cliniminds-leaders in Clinical Research and #Pharmacovigilance training recently conducted mock interviews and sessions on #interviewpreparation as part of the personality development programme for the budding aspirants of Cliniminds.
The interview panel of experts constituted of HR Manager, Operation Manager [#ClinicalResearch] and Training Manager-Communication.
The mock #interviews conducted gauged students on their confidence, body language, communication/ presentation skills and domain knowledge (#questions primarily pertained to #SiteFeasibility, #GoodClinicalPractices, #EssentialDocuments etc.)

I believe she is still working on her speaking skills / fluency but overall she is pretty confident she gave right answer to every question. She must give a chance to pursue her dreams

@@sheikhtalhaahmad2548 U need to showcase ur talent and for that communication skills matters a lot. Because atleast in india u will find plenty of people in an interview having same qualifications like u so among them u really need to work hard on showcasing ur talent and skills.
@@spectrum1909 In my opinion, doctors should have more understanding of medicine than speaking skills.
@@sheikhtalhaahmad2548 I was talking about industrial jobs and academics and scientific positions etc where u have give an interview. Besides in every fields one should have more understanding on the subject but communication skills are also an important skill, like i said this is india competition is very hard so if someone has that extra skill will get some extra preference.
Working as a Clinical researcher I can say that these are not technical questions which are usually asked in interviews of Clinical research

@@keerti6706 Clinical Research is a career option in the industry of Pharmaceutical & New Drug development. Their role is to assist and conduct clinical trials. It depends on who is involved in the process. There are jobs both in Government and Private sector. As most of the Pharma & Drug development companies are controlled by the private sector so major job opportunities are in the Private sector. I hope, you have got your answer. Thanks

Can we become CRA by completing biotechnology nd is chemistry is IMP?
CRA is a senior position. Your first step is CRC. Once you acquire 3 - 4 years experience ass CRC, you can apply for the CRA positions. CRA needs lot of important scientific, monitoring and managerial skills.
