- "AAH DEKHE ZARA" a Super hit song from the movie "Rocky" Sanjay Dutt's first movie. Recorded in the early 1980's. at Film Center Studios Tardeo.

I was around 23 years of age then.
Today when I think back I remember how nervous I was while rehearsing this huge and challenging song. And since we had to record this song within a four-hour shift, it added to the pressure. But at the end of the day, I was glad it turned out the way it did.
This song marked the turning point in my career.
Today, I have rerecorded the song to the finest detail, played live drums over it just the way I had done in the original, just taking a little freedom to do things a little differently to make it sound like a drum video.
My sincere thanks to all my musician friends and technicians who helped me in this project.

Franco vaz ji is R.D Burman jis favourite drummer.He was the most liked drummer of R.D Burman musical troupe...R.D Burman personally noticed him playing amazing drum in a bar before making him part of his musical troupe..It was pancham who gave him the first break to enter into Bollywood music recordings..
I have seen this video multiple times... and listened to the original song from Rocky at least 500+ times! All the musicians in the world put together cannot recreate this masterpiece.. it was only RD Burman Sir and his team, including Franco Sir. Each section in this song is a musical encyclopedia... Bass, Rhythm, Harmony, Brass, Keyboards, Percussions, Singing, Chorus.... My God! Can anyone imagine the Divine Energy and Vibes that would have been there during the recording of this song...???
