I am a Chemist and I have healthcare experience but I am still struggling to transition into a CRA role. It’s hard to even get an interview without experience.
I feel your pain.... you are right it can be challenging. My course Aspiring CRA Crash Course is on sale right now through Monday for Black Friday. It was created for people just like you, and shows you the right roles and experience that you need to get to transition into a CRA role. Check it out.... here is the link: thecrasolution.thinkific.com/courses/crash-course?coupon=bf2021
I graduated with chem degree as well... I landed a CRC job after I couldn't do lab analyst anymore. Funny thing is that I was hired as CRC/Lab tech. I don't do much in lab since it is a smaller company, but was offered another 15k from what I thought I'd be getting for entry level CRC.
Thank you for sharing! Shared with a friend who recently complained about not having experience.
You are very welcome and so happy to hear you are sharing! That's awesome!
Thank you for this video!
I have been trying to get into this industry with no CRA experience but I have healthcare experience in administrative.
What type of positions have you been applying to and where are you located?
