Men have been playing longer so logically overall having a bigger pool of players they would be more skilled but then thing is NBA game is designed for athletes and you can teach skills later. The WNBA does not have the kind of athletes that overshadow their skilled players yet.

You have a greater men pool of players to pull from when it comes to basketball than women so by logic the top 100 men shooters would top the top 100 women shooters in basketball.
