Watching this in a COLD, WET, WINDY, RAINY London town...on July 4th..Oh, to be in England, now that 'summer's' there...(my sincerest, profound apologies to Mr. Browning)...and THOROUGHLY enjoying and appreciating this young man's enjoyment and appreciation of the wonderful Mr. Diamond....saw him at a Royal Variety Performance (every November in London there's a concert, usually at the London Palladium, in front of...WELL, it used to be the Queen, but in recent years it's been Charles & Camilla, or William & Kate.. with performers from around the globe)..in the line up afterwards, where everyone's presented to the royal couple.. the Queen spoke BRIEFLY to Neil, but spent AGES (it seemed) in deep conversation with his WIFE..a common interest in horse breeding, it seemed... HILARIOUS!! 😂 Hope everyone's keeping safe and well.🎵🎶🧡

It's the perfect match song.. The rousing build up goes quiet with little dynamic stabs, then the pre chorus builds you back up to a sudden release with a celebratory trumpet line everyone can punch the air to, followed by "good times never felt so good".. It sounds like a simple song but it's amazing!

Yeah? Well, I think it's a crap song. All that buildup for a wet fart of a limp chorus. Neil's a great songwriter. And apparently a great hypnotist as well, seeing as how
everyone around the world loves this song when they shouldn't. But I don't. Neil's charms don't fool me. Probably because I don't drink beer or hang around the beach.

Its a classic for so many things - audio quality etc. a stunnig piece of work that was never captured on video..
So, when it comes to reacting to the famous Holly Holy - make sure you choose the Hot August Night Version. Quite a masterpiece.

So, we'd fall asleep listening to him, Elvis, Roy Orbison, Cat Stevens, The Righteous Brothers, and other great performers. So, when I was 11 and went to my first concert of his I dozed off for a couple of songs. I think his music triggered my body into think it was bedtime. lol It was a great concert even though I missed a couple of songs. Back then everyone used a camera with a flash. Neil had allowed some of the audience that were in the back, and upper rows, to file past the stage to take pictures during the encore. The flashes from those cameras going past the stage caused a strobe light effect. It was cool.

In 2007, Diamond revealed that his inspiration behind "Sweet Caroline" was actually written about a young Caroline Kennedy. Kennedy, who was no more than 12 years old at the time, was pictured on a magazine cover riding a horse. Diamond felt a connection to the picture. and sang the song to her at her 50th birthday celebration in 2007.

Been to every Chicago concert. Last one was his 50th Anniversary concert which was cut short to his diagnosis to Parkinson’s disease. Went to Boston to see the opening of his play,Beautiful Noise…the story of his life. Heading to see it on Broadway. How many living artists get to see their accolades while they are still living. He is Ahhhhmazing! Keep checking his music….Song Sung Blue,Traveling Salvation Show,Live on the Rocks,Hell,Yeah!,they go on and on…he is the master!

    This song is amazing.
I have a great memory from a long time ago back in the late 90s.
My sis, my brother, a few friends and I went to bowling alley. The place was completely packed and had the whole 80s retro thing going.
Disco balls, flashing lights, blacklights, DJ..... etc.....
The DJ puts on this song and everybody starts singing together.
We were all strangers but everyone came together for one song and sang it together.
One of the greatest memories I have.
    Thanks for reacting to this

Sweet Caroline BAH BAH BAH, good times never seemed so good SO GOOD, SO GOOD, SO GOOD, etc. if you’re in a bar. Listen to a live version!

Javon..I ran into you doing a reaction video about two weeks ago. I haven't stopped listen to the music and watching your reactions since. Your honest. I love your energy and you just lay it down as you call it. I'm a grandma but I have had the pleasure of seeing hundreds of concerts and performances for the last 42 years. I love music, every kind. It is the background of my life. I will give every thing a chance and I find some in every song I can relate to! 2 weeks ago out if the blue I just my hearing in both ears. I had a infection in a different part of my body and I woke up one morning deaf. I am now on medication that is supposed to bring back my hearing. The doctors and I are all puzzled on how this could happen. I just discovered that if I put on headphones and turn up the volume I can hear music. Soon as I found this out I put you on my phone and I can't stop listening to you, the music, and it brings me hope that hopefully soon my hearing will return. I will listen to you and your reactions everyday. Thank you for your honest take on performances and music of all fashions. I have been passing your name and your show to all my friends and family. I will continue to do so even when (fingers crossed) my hearing returns. Thank you. I'm so happy I rolled to one of your reviews! Keep it going. I sm going to request a song for you to listen to and review. It is Mental Heath awareness month and the song Bent by Matchbox 20 is a great song about someone who realizes they have some issues. Thank you again.
