That makes me so mad for u girlie. They absolutely could have reshipped everything for u free of charge. And they always have to give ur rewards back. U earned those. It's not ur fault the items were cancelled. I hate when I get ppl like that on the phone that literally don't know anything about their job. I end up just hanging up on them and calling back to get a different person. Lol I just can't deal with the idiots 🤷 Glad it worked out for u in the end tho. Just hang up and call back next time girl. Or simily ask to talk to someone else. Bc I've also done that and have never ever had any issues getting my items reshipped and they usually send me a coupon as a like "sorry the rep had no clue what they were doing" type deal lol 😂
I agree. And hang up and call back. Also, if you have items canceled from a BOPIS order, check the store for the item(s) when you get there. I had a shower gel canceled during the big body care sale a couple weeks ago and when I got to the store, they had several of that item on the shelf. They told me they had just received shipment that morning after it was canceled.
Yes I’ve had to hang up on idiot reps that don’t know anything and call back to get someone else too. It’s so frustrating when you know more than them!
Hi Teesha, Great haul! I’m surprised you didn’t get the new Happy Easter candle also. I’ve purchased several small orders online in February with free shipping on Sundays. They’ve been having great sales. I usually try to resist but they always get me on Sunday. One Sunday they threw in a free fine fragrance mist with the free shipping and I was like, ok! I got an Online Exclusive Pineapple Mango and I ended up not liking it, so I intend to exchange it in store soon.
So I've been trying to low buy candles but had to get 1 main street bakery..n then it came on the mail and I smelled it-i ordered 2 more today for bopis with a20% coupon. Imo pass on the cherry blossom pound cake.. nothing special.
I burned my last candle almost a year ago. I now don't have to change my furnace filter twice a month or have soot accumulating on items in my house. I could see it going through my fridge and oven, too. I do have a few Wallflowers around the house still.
