It is very true, if I try to make a little more effort with how I get dressed when I go out, even if it is putting on some nice jeans instead of sweatpants, I feel better, more confidence, and I think small things like that can really improve how you feel!

I am a hairdresser and I love to dress trendy, professional and classic, and I can’t wear uncomfortable shoes but I have difficulty styling a more dressed up outfit with a more comfy casual shoe. Do you have any recommendations or tips?
I find Lacoste and Adidas do lovely classy sneakers, you have to do a hunt sometimes online and depends on the season you are in, also a nice leather loafer can be wonderfully chic!
Agree with walking in heels. You can be dressed well and have the most beautiful heels on, but if you can’t walk in them - you’ll look ridiculous regardless. Can’t stand girls walking with bent knees, like apes
