Awww! The girl who had the condition with her nose is super cute and she looks super good with both noses. I feel like the guy did the best job with her though
People who have "normal" noses are lucky because they don't have to live knowing that they don't have a pretty nose and it changes your face completely especially your profile and people can really get bullied because of that so if getting a nose job makes you happy, then do it because it is your body know one tells you what to do with it so do what makes you comfortable!
Same I never really payed attention to my nose until this guy came up to be and said I had a Jewish nose or something cause from the front of my face everything looks fine but it’s mainly my side profile, and I literally hate my nose now I wish I could could fix it.
I love the girl with the condition's message at the end. Of course your natural self is beautiful but people should also accept you for who you want to be. If having a different nose, bigger lips, bigger butt makes you feel like a queen/king THEN GO FOR IT! You shouldn't be bashing someone for wanting to change something especially if they've been made fun of for it their whole life. I've just started to become more confident about my nose and maybe after my face stops changing a bit maybe I'll get a fill in or a nose job. YOU DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY AND WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL BEAUTIFUL!
guineapiggy the great Also, i agree you should do what makes you happy,However changing things you feel insecure about doesnt change anything at all,bc you will always be insecure about something about yourself,it never stops, when you are done with one thing and feel happy about it ,you find something else you thing is wrong and an imperfection,Change start in within ,you have to learn to love yourself and stop judging things of you, then, peoles word wont mean anything
Jesus Christ I know, the thing that’s funny is he’s asking her to use her eyesight and she’s blind, so it’s not like she can REALLY tell regardless lol. That’s the joke of my comment
Dane Beisheim that's not the point. You don't understand at all. People don't do it to make others happy! They do it for them selfs because they want that.
Dove 333 I think it’s both. At the end of the day it’s their own bodies but they’ve all been telling how people mocked them when they were younger. It does influence their choice. But hey again it’s their body.
pizza pizza - My friend gets hers redone every 6 months but her doc says it can last upto 9 months. It also depends what kind you get, some can last a year and a half.
I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but I was fine with how my nose looked before I watched this video. Ever since I watched it, there hasn't been a single day I haven't felt insecure about the way my nose looks.
dont be! there is nothing wrong with anyone's nose. their noses looked great before the procedure, after the procedure, abd everything in between. your nose looks great too. dont be self conscious💜
clara lol do you not have any insecurities or something? people generally have features they dislike. the whole "people are starving and they're insecure about their looks?" thing is lame. especially since they've experienced other people commenting on said feature
K her nose wasn't even bad before, but I'm glad that she was so pleased with the procedure. I think this procedure is actually a huge game changer: no need to go under the knife and WAY better results because they look natural.
Karuna Murti i know , i didn't say she wasn't gorgeous, i said she IS. Well , in my opinion she looks beautiful in both ways , as everybody else in this video 💖💖💖
wow, they are all so happy with the results! It seems like such a teeny thing to someone else, but when it's the 1 thing that causes you insecurity, it's huge.
There is such a thing as a normal nose! Someone with a deviated septum bone(like my nose) can't breath properly through both nostrils which can cause a lot of headaches. You'd be surprised how many people who don't have a good profile nose or their nose isnt straight, have problems with their breathing.
i got what she was saying but in most cases it's a health problem too and its the result of injury, but never being in the situation it's hard to understand or know. I do believe everyone should be confident in their own skin, but if it affects your health and you can change it then DO IT! it's not all about " looking better" and trying to change yourself, as they portrayed it in this video
The crazy thing is that I would never look at any of these people and think they had abnormal noses. Having said that I really love this as an alternative to a full on surgical nose job. I feel like your nose always fits your face as it naturally is and changing your nose can completely change your face. So happy for these people! Beautiful before and after.
Is it weird that I like odd-shaped noses?? I think they're unique and add character to the face. Of course I didn't think this when I was growing up and my nose entered a room before my face did.. but as an adult I feel completely different!!
@ILoveMomo NoHomo it does actually, there are not many people that are appreciating different nose shapes other than the basic perfect nose, its cool to know that some people like odd shaped noses
I think people are more attractive when they have a unique look but that's just me. I always think the people that others consider attractive to be just okay looking.
I swear i was thinking this the whole DAMN time!!! I myself has a bumpy nose and growing up i was always insecure about it but now i love it!!!! I think odd shaped noses adds character to a face u know that people who have small and fine nose we look at them and move ahead but when we see an odd one i think i always look back and like look with more attention maybe bcos i also have a odd nose. But seriously i just love it now. I think it makes me unique and u know also makes me a little stand out u know what i mean!!!!
I feel the same, I m into guys with markant noses, I think it looks really sexy. Not choosing my partner by that but I definitely have a thing for more prominent noses
Sara Ozuna Me too. Kids in middle school would always call me a witch or Pinocchio. I also wish that they could bring down the size of my chin too. My profile is huge
I agree, I like unique noses where the bumps compliment the face, typically ones on the bigger side, (I dislike button noses) but also sometimes the bump doesn't necessarily fit the whole face. I think Greek Noses look better than Roman noses. I have a Roman nose and my brother has a Greek one and I am jealous of his side profile. But my front profile looks better.
Yeah, I love my greek nose ☺️ people told me to get a nosejob but my nose makes me so unique. I'm glad there are actually people who appreciate their wonderful greek nose🍀😊
Watching this video hurt. It genuinely hurt. I've struggled with body image issues and have had the thought of surgery cross my mind every now and then. But I want to love myself and fight social constructs.
is not about loving yourself because that's actually really selfish. Is about accepting the body you have and being gratefull that you have and some people don't even have those features, like legs or sight or even a nose (yes it's very rare)
@@pradakia loving yourself is not only about physical appearance, it also says about loving your personality, even if your rude or ignorant, is putting yourself before others and only thinking me me me. Which won't get you anywhere. Bunch of lies society wants to feed you by loving your mistakes even those who you know you have to change
Loving yourself can also go along with surgery, if your complex is having a negative effect on your daily life it is impossible but to struggle to accept it. I'm talking from experience here. I broke my nose badly as a teenager, I had a condition along with an awful looking nose, people would ask me what happened to me, if I was a boxer etc. I loved myself. I had surgery because I loved myself, and I hated that everytime I was having a nice time, feeling pretty... and I took a picture, the first thing I would look at was my nose and how awful it looked. Ever since I had surgery I have never thought about my nose again, sure I have small insecurities like anyone else, but I no longer feel self conscious when taking pictures, and honestly, it has been something that I will never regret. It is not about what others think, it's about how you perceive yourself. There is a difference between a complex and an insecurity.
BuzzFeed doesn't support changing your image because of society. They changed it for themselves, it was their choice, too and they seem pretty happy with the results too. Why judge?
Sierra BlueStar they didn't do it for themselves. They said in the video that people kept commenting about their nose and they wanted to change it. They shouldn't be judged but they didn't get the nose job for themselves.
Woahhh There They did get it for themselves. People's comments made them feel insecure about themselves, having this procedure done not only can stop those comments but also gives them their confidence back. Just because other people caused them to want to change it, doesn't mean they didn't do it for themselves.
If people never made fun of them and there wasn't an ideal nose, they would have never felt so insecure about it, therefore they did it because of other people. Ex: when we are kids, we don't care about small things like this until someone points it out to you.
I made perfect sense actually, not my fault if you have trouble understanding. Most of the time it's someone else's comment that makes you feel insecure about an aspect or feature of yourself, those people don't make you decide to change your body, you do. Just because they are the cause of their insecurities, does not mean the person who it has affected changes themselves for other people. If someone tells you you're fat, are you going just start losing weight because that one person told you that you're fat? Probably not. You would start losing weight because you feel uncomfortable in your body, or because you're concerned with your health.
Eh, it may be great but if your nose is all jacked up, it’s just not good. I don’t know exactly why, but it probably is some kind of evolutionary benefit.
Thinking a certain nose is not good looking has nothing to do with society. It is in our heads if you mean it's in our physical brain. It's in our biology. Some things are attractive (that remind us of youth, fertility, health, and symmetry) and other things are not attractive.
They do. Or at least Ben does. He's been in the background of other videos. Michelle used to work for Buzzfeed and she was in the lip injection video. So OP is right actually
This is amazing! I hate my nose, so seeing them have their noses changed and the results being beautiful--it's just really emotional for me. I may or may not have cried a bit
I don't HATE it but I wouldn't say I like it.... its just that when I smile even a little, it spreads a lot...(I have a button nose kinda) I also have glasses that make my eyes a little smaller because of the glass, that make my nose appear shorter so bigger. but its weird cause I have good nose days and bad nose days....sometimes my nose look smaller and longer, and other days it looks super big even when I don't smile and it pisses me off.
This makes me so happy, I also had hemangioma when I was born and I dont have the cartilage in the tip of my nose. I've always wanted a nose that looked normal without all the scars. I'm so happy that she could have it
Victoria 1995 That's great !! Can you please inform us on how much dit it cost you and is it painful, how long did you have the bandages on etc ...Thanks in advance !!
It wasn't painful at all, never had problems with the nose. I had the nose cast for just a week, then I was prohibited to sunbathe and to practice sports for 3 months. For a few days I couldn't touch it because that area was so sentisive but after a couple of weeks it went to normal. The price in 2012 was $20.000 Argentinian pesos (USD 1200). Now it should be USD 3000 (dollars) I guess. I think it's expensive... How much is a nose surgery in the USA?
My nose is the weirdest but i remember having my dad grab it when i was little and tell me how round and cute it was, so i just can't dislike it no matter how much i try... i wouldn't change a thing about it
You look at yourself everyday. Good appearance is indicative of good health. We judge appearance in others automatically, so when we compare ourselves to others, we want to feel equal to those we admire. It isn't frivalous; it is a deeply psychologically affecting aspect of your being.
I wish we could normalize DIVERSE physical features instead of having to always adapt to what is "normal" in the United States. If we did, they wouldn't feel ashamed of how they look. 😞

Sodafraka Forever Who said people that have"normal" noses find them pretty?
normal nose privilege
People with normal noses can still be self conscious about them
So true. And the nose is the focal point of your entire face so if it bothers you you have every right to change yourself

My nose looks pretty normal and straight from the front but from the side I hate my nose cause it has a bump :(

I'm so happy for the girl with the tan shirt! she is so thankful
I'm sorry if it seemed that way. My main message was to do what makes you feel beautiful.
guineapiggy the great Also, i agree you should do what makes you happy,However changing things you feel insecure about doesnt change anything at all,bc you will always be insecure about something about yourself,it never stops, when you are done with one thing and feel happy about it ,you find something else you thing is wrong and an imperfection,Change start in within ,you have to learn to love yourself and stop judging things of you, then, peoles word wont mean anything

This is really nice alternative to a rhinoplasty
It's not permanent though, that's the only downside.
pizza pizza - My friend gets hers redone every 6 months but her doc says it can last upto 9 months. It also depends what kind you get, some can last a year and a half.
Any one know price ranges for this procedure?
cathy o'neill it's not an alternative, because the filler has its own indications . Filler cannot be a substitute for rhinoplasty
I think it looks a lot better and more natural too
What's a normal nose?
Denice G. Ik
Denice G. A nose with an harmonious shape
Denice G. a normal nose is a small narrow nose I'd imagine
Exactly! What is a normal nose? A normal nose doesn't exist. It sounds like saying white skin colour is normal.
normal can refer to a majority
I’m so glad they were able to find some peace with this procedure.
I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but I was fine with how my nose looked before I watched this video. Ever since I watched it, there hasn't been a single day I haven't felt insecure about the way my nose looks.
same, i don't get why their nose bothers them this much tho, like ppl are dying of hunger, and this bothers them
dont be! there is nothing wrong with anyone's nose. their noses looked great before the procedure, after the procedure, abd everything in between. your nose looks great too. dont be self conscious💜

clara lol do you not have any insecurities or something? people generally have features they dislike. the whole "people are starving and they're insecure about their looks?" thing is lame. especially since they've experienced other people commenting on said feature

Pros and cons about having a big nose

Cons: get in the way , easy target ,
Pros: you can snort a mentos if you're brave

No such thing as a normal nose. But I fully support doing something to make yourself feel better.
Kyarra Richardson there's such thing as a normal everything.
There is such a thing as a normal nose! Someone with a deviated septum bone(like my nose) can't breath properly through both nostrils which can cause a lot of headaches. You'd be surprised how many people who don't have a good profile nose or their nose isnt straight, have problems with their breathing.
I think what kyarra means is that there shouldn't be beauty standards on what people's nose should look like
Kyarra Richardson +
i got what she was saying but in most cases it's a health problem too and its the result of injury, but never being in the situation it's hard to understand or know.
Beautiful before and after.
.
Price wise it's better as well. You don't have to make a full commitment to it as well

I like unusual features on a partner. I’ve never fed into beauty standards cus everyone ends up looking the goddamn same.
I feel the same, I m into guys with markant noses, I think it looks really sexy. Not choosing my partner by that but I definitely have a thing for more prominent noses

ikr big noses are awesome :)

@@melanievictoriamontoya9682 that's loving urself stupid
@@pradakia loving yourself is not only about physical appearance, it also says about loving your personality, even if your rude or ignorant, is putting yourself before others and only thinking me me me. Which won't get you anywhere. Bunch of lies society wants to feed you by loving your mistakes even those who you know you have to change
@@melanievictoriamontoya9682 u just described the meaning of "loving urself"
Why judge?
Sierra BlueStar true
As long as your nose can breathe, you’ve got a great nose
Eh, it may be great but if your nose is all jacked up, it’s just not good. I don’t know exactly why, but it probably is some kind of evolutionary benefit.
Damn straight. Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind. If your nose works properly, it's a good nose.

Taryn Emerle I have a big nose and people tell me I should get a nose job (:
People are assholes
It's all in our heads
Thinking a certain nose is not good looking has nothing to do with society. It is in our heads if you mean it's in our physical brain. It's in our biology. Some things are attractive (that remind us of youth, fertility, health, and symmetry) and other things are not attractive.
Well... poeple are stupid. Thats why. They want to feel better by bullying others.

Of course it affects, try having a deformity and then come back and tell that girl in her face that she is a frivolous lerson haha
Renata Galeano none of them had a real deformity tho
You look at yourself everyday. Good appearance is indicative of good health. We judge appearance in others automatically, so when we compare ourselves to others, we want to feel equal to those we admire. It isn't frivalous; it is a deeply psychologically affecting aspect of your being.
