Perfection!😁😁😁😁 I've struggle with confidence... A lot in my life... especially with singing... I never received lesson but i knew and still know singing something I'm really passionate about... When I was like 12 years old I discovered Mariah Carey and knew singing was something I wanted to do so I practiced imitating her notes belts runs and riffs... my mom overheard me singing and negatively commented on how I sounded she even went so far to mimic me singing in a cruel way... every since then I battle with that memory and my dream as I perceived it at that time was dashed... But I didn't give up I wanted to sing it was my passion so I kept at ALOT!!😂😂 And now I can say I have a decent voice... but with lessons I really feel I can build more confidence and more voice can truly flourish!!😁😁😁😁 till then I'll just keep singing till either I get better on my own or with lessons 😁😁😁😁 either way it goes it's my passion 💞💞💞💞💞

I think i finaly understand why i have a strong connection to you because you MENTIONED the MENTALITY one should have surrounded by other great people should actualy EMPOWER and INSPIRE you. TO love what you do soo much that anything and EVERYTHING is welcome and you absorb it and appreciate others i FEEL EXACTLY the same way. I also feel you must love youself so much that your heart is big enough to love OTHERS also and its this humble open hearted feeling which allows you to grow. To have a play on words- everything you said is music to my ears! 100% agree

A week ago, my book on autism had me feeling vulnerable, but a skill I can use to promote the channel and autism is singing. Classically trained decades ago (not joking), but I'm functionally autistic and traumatized. Literally cracked in front of 1300 students during "... rockets red glare..." at Spanaway Junior High. That said, I just so happened to see a reaction video of yours, while practicing to sing every part of a HomeFree song. Here's this operatic singer, and I respect the craft and discipline that goes into being a professional soprano, so I'm checking out her channel. The big challenge for me is 'safe space'. A lifetime of criticism and cruelty hasn't exactly been kind on one's self-esteem, but the book is something that I truly believe will help others, and just like joining the Marines, I am willing to endure to help others. Again, thank you for reminding me of confidence.
