It's still strange to me how a game that isn't even a game yet has this strong of a community. Maybe its copium, maybe it's genuine passion, all I know is that 2023 cannot come soon enough

It's defo because we are very passionate about it, we try to get every inch of new info of the development. Although many were bitching a lot because of the delay, we all will be playing the moment it comes out
@@dabadidabadax5 I will always be angry at the development because it wasnt to my expectations, but in the grand scheme of it, my expectations dont matter, all that matters is the expectations of the team making it, and no matter what I want whats best for the game (Just please have a goo dfishing mechanic, please oh please)

There hasn't been a game in the last decade hype me up like hytale does...honestly...its probably been over a decade since I felt excited like a child again about a game coming out

@@r3sso673 I totally understand getting that hyped for mario or zelda..but I kinda lost my hype after the n64 era...not saying anything bad about the later stuff..its more a "I grew up and became a depressed adult who lost their child like glee" kinda thing.....that's why retro gaming is booming now...because the nostalgia of childhood for old defeated people like me..lol
Hytale has the freedom and creativity like it's the game that lives in your head you wish was real....you can make it into anything and everything...its truly amazing and well worth the wait.

When i went to the movie theater everyone loved spiderman so much people just started crying and screaming when they saw spiderman and everyone clapped their hands like 30 times through out the movie

I dont think you understand just how passionately excited we are for this game.
See, games have been dying a lot recently, nothing has been interesting or unique or... fun. For a few examples, Battlefield 2042, Cod Vanguard, Halo infinite... its just all the same games over and over and over and over every year, a new sequel is announced, more microtransactions... it just isn't good, so for something with this much potential and drive behind it, something as unique and original, made by a studio and group of people that know HOW to make something like this a monument to gaming as a whole...
It is difficult not to be hyped.

I wouldn't be surprised if they implemented holiday events for every single holiday by the time the game releases. Like special mobs that only appear during the month of said holiday.

2 days ago i re-played valheim and realized that the zone generation is similar to hytale and then i asked myself.. will hytale world be as big as the Minecraft world??

8:39 Weeellll, shucks. I was hoping to eventually make a Minecraft server with a similar concept, but since I barely have time to do much these days and I don't have any practice in modding this will likely be done before I can even get started.
