GINISANG PAPAIT: Version 2

Papait is not a popular green leafy vegetable. This produce is seasonal and rarely available in Metro Manila. As an Ilocano, it's a gastronomic experience whenever this dish is served at our household. I have uploaded a video recipe a few years back and I am recreating this dish again with minor changes on the ingredients making it simpler but not compromising the taste and nutritional value.
