Both of my locations we were chronically understaffed (worst jobs I have ever had), and that led to us at Arby’s rarely ever being able to filter and change our fryer oil, and we had to do it manually. Taco Bell has auto filter fryers so it does the whole cleaning & filter process on its own; so I’ve never gotten anything bad there. If I do it’s the chips, and that’s because they probably fried them ahead of time and/or freezer burnt. Because it’s just boxes of pre cut chips and we throw them in the fryer
Interesting, my poutine was actually really good. I could taste real cheese sauce, the tortillas were actually crispy, and the gravy was good and had a shit load of cheese curds. The whopper, I asked for extra sauce, I was amazed by the flavors.
We got popeyes over here in new zealand this year, and the mac n cheese is so gross! Only nice thing was the chicken, I went once and will never get it again
