HS2, or High-Speed Rail #2, is a proposed rail line in Britain that would tunnel straight through the hill Stonehenge is built on. Needless to say, there's substantial resistance to completing the project. "Like HS2, you'll be railed right through..."
Also, you ended just a moment too early. The camera was about to focus on the cardboard perched on the seat just above Schwabadi's head - reading "FOR CHARLES".
I think you've conflated two different projects. Stonehenge is in the south west of England, and there's a planned road tunnel to go underneath it - the road that passes Stonehenge is just one lane each way, and I think it's a 50mph road but you won't go more than 20mph because there's so many people slowing to check out Stonehenge in the distance. Despite how bad the situation is for the roads there, the new tunnel plan is unpopular due to the timing and the knowledge of Induced Demand that means there'll be even MORE cars in the area afterwards.
HS2 is basically a plan to set up a bullet train between London and some of the major cities in the middle and north of England, that would supposedly improve those northern cities by linking them more closely with London, but draws a lot of condemnation because 1) a lot of existing homes will be destroyed, animal habitats split, ancient ruins built over, etc.; and 2) the government has dragged its heels on electrifying the northern half of England's rail network (the south and areas close to London have trains that are already excellent and fast, but the north is getting by with the old, slow, hand-me-down trains), so it seems like the government is ignoring an unflashy, basic improvement to a lot of people's lives, so that a big, expensive, landmark project can connect some Manchester rich people to London more easily.

Late reply, but the point of HS2 is (was) not to do with speed but capacity. By moving the express intercities onto their own tracks, you get many many more train paths for stopping services (such as those northern routes) and freight. It pisses me off how badly the government explained the function of the project (focusing on a minor side-feature rather than the reason it was needed, line capacity being completely maxed out on the west coast).
HS2 is a high speed line that had been proposed to run from london to birmingham. (I think they're building it now)
It was highly protested as the proposed line would (if i remember correctly) run through alot of farmland etc.

got rec'd this randomly, and you were funny to watch. I laughed so much at your reaction to the railed/penetrated jokes, especially when you, blissfully ignorant, made a 'run a train' joke. gl with future vids, I hope stupes gets in contact some day soon!
The joys of being a father to a VERY intelligent young daughter who is JUST old enough to recognize that 'those lyrics sound awfully sexual' and having to explain just how nasty they are.
Maybe I could have kept my mouth shut, but she tends to put Stupendium songs on her playlist, and that's a set of lyrics she REALLY shouldn't be singing at school :D.
In the game (I'm still watching the video), SPOILERS. You play as an investigator asked by a friend who lives on the island to slay Charles, a spider demonic train. Your friend helps you get your train ready then dies immediately to Charles, after that you go to other NPCs who give you quests to upgrade your train, to find weapons, and areas where the eggs are to trap and kill Charlie (in these areas you can find paint cans to customize your train which is why they have the camera on those paint cans in the video).
When I first saw the video I thought Dan and Stupes were the people to kill Charles and liked how they were instead the cultists worshiping Charles (who are also in the game with masks that only look like Charle's face), and follow a man who runs the train and mines who keep Charles fed. They're like a doomsday cult and try to stop you from collecting Charlie's eggs to piss it off and kill it in that moment of rage it goes through.

Hey, since you have a cat, you should consider watching Stupedium "open the sky strayed song", you will enjoy it.
The song/video was like a scrambled flashback to the hunting of swabadi the previous night.
Honestly I'd love for someone to explain the callout. I got most of them I think (sixteen tons, the orient express) but while I recognize the two of them bopping up and down is a callout to SOMETHING, I don't know what to.
The up down thing is a reference to when they did the exact same thing in the Little Nightmares II Music vid I believe.
There's an old children's counting rhyme that starts out:
"Engine Engine Number Nine,
Going down Chicago line,
If the train jumps off the track,

reminds me of Georgre Carlin a bit his first series was Thomas the tank engine as the driver of Thomas. I think he went to a different train then jumped back to the train they are driving.
