Do you have to remove the freon or anything before you do this? I want to replace the Expansion Valve, it would be the same process

video is a good guide! Did it in 3 hours with charging the system back, shouldn't be a problem for real technicians.

In the technical service manual, which is standard operating procedure, thank you advise.

Please let me know if replacing the evaporator on a LHD Accord (made in Japan) would require the dashboard to be removed. Appreciate your support.

Did you cut the glove box panel cross piece? I have an 05 Odyssey that looks similar. This would make the job so much easier.

doing this job in the video sucks. took me and my step dad like 6 or 7 hours to do. this guy makes it look way easy. good luck finding half the screws and bolts. this job is a nightmare. also it would have been nice, if this video showed you where the screws and bolts are.

You can remove the blower motor assembly and evaporator cover, then use a toothbrush to clean the evaporator, or use a foam cleaning agent can be.

Thanks this is great on how to get it out. I don't even have to open the service manual. Well, in theory anyway!
