Sea Tides will always be my favorite Trance track of all time. It's the most beautiful song that Andy has ever created.

Without question one of the best producers this world has ever seen. His use of layering to build his tracks and the attention to detail in the little *almost* unnoticeable sounds that actually are the secret to what makes his tracks so epic is just amazing. I feel like I hear a new little detail every time I listen to tracks of his like this and it’s damn impressive.

I can't understand why a track like this, is not on top of 2018 in Armin van buuren a state of trance ! It's just amazing uplifting, one of the best ever made !
Armin is not interested in this music. He only plays pop on his show, and house. Fuck pop, fuck trouse. Make trance euphoric like once in the past! IS it that hard???
I can, because commercial sell outs like Armin aren’t talented music producers, they are talented trend line followers. The talents of people like that are in their ability to manage their own persona whilst navigating the murkey world of promoters, fans, the crowd from on stage and managers and maintaining a fake facade - depending on which one they are dealing with in any particular moment. Armin pretending he loves the crowd and is feeling the music with you from on stage is a snobby too good for you sell out who wouldn’t be seen dead having a good night and a bit of a boogie on the dace floor with everyone else in reality. Anyone can produce the music Armin produces. The hard part is being comfortable with selling out on the music and sounds that drove that passion you had to begin with, to choose being a fake soulless generic sound of popular commercial radio for money and pumping out shit music.

Thing is, this is absolutely beautiful. But Andy couldn't more perfect the original sea tides. I think that one still beats this track. I can enjoy the diffrence, but in comparison, the original is best.

I love Andy but i'm surprised he hasn't been sued. This is almost a direct copy of "John Murphy - Sunshine"
I feel this cinematic remake makes it even more obvious. You have a very good ear man. Sunshine (Adagio In D Minor) was release back in 2008, while Sea Tides in 2009. Maybe Andy bought the right.
Very good observation. So who to credit for a future remix?
So, i took a listen to Sunshine. Andy changes/adds the last finishing chords. He adds 2 or 3 chords whereas Johns just abruptly ends it.. I also believe theres added chords in between, to make it more "full" from Andy. Hes also adding piano notes within the respective key..
