To those of you experiencing problems with your camera, here is what fixed mine. My Link Micro LTE stopped sending pics after the $15/unlimited plan expired and switched back to the Free/100 plan. The camera would take one picture then the orange light would stay on steady and it would never transmit any pics at all. I removed the Micro sd card and plugged it into my laptop and discovered a couple of things- 1. All of the recent pics that wouldn't send were stored in a folder labeled "transmit". 2. There is a log file that records everything the camera has done since day one. I found the log on the date where the camera stopped transmitting and it showed that after taking a pic, it looked for a sim card in the bottom slot, no sim card was found and switched to the sim in upper slot. This repeated over and over for every pic taken. I could only interpret this as a software screw-up. I have since updated the firmware to version v1.18.13-29 Rev:2 and it seems to have fixed the problem. Hope this helps.
Ive had the same problem, not sending photos.. My fix was taking the SD card out and turning off camera, turn it back on and wait till it connects and send a message about NO SD CARD. Then put a new card in and now taking pictures again! Hope this helps

These are the most basic things most people already do before resorting to RUclips. “Are your batteries full, do you have signal” duh. Get to the real issues that everyone seems to be having with your products.
One issue I ran into was the battery block wasn't making connection to the ports. Jamming some cardboard at the bottom helped resolve this issue. The take the picture at next transfer has never worked for me personally. Tried it so many times.
