Ability to use up to four nailing guns simultaneously.
The high flexibility of the robot is optimal for small to medium sized orders of pallets. Changing pallet types can take as little as 3 minutes.
Whit an easy to use operator panel the operator can control the robot, add new pallets, change nailing positions, stacking control and see the current order status.
The robot is equipped with 4 Jumbocoil nail magazines, which hold up to 1000 nails each. The robot will automatically go into refill position when the last nail passed the sensor and continues automatically where it left off when the nails were refilled by the operator.

do you use an special nailing gun to activate it with the robot or is it a modified conventional nailing gun??

What size robot are you using from ABB ? Is the Robot can be different Brand like Kuka , Yaskawa or Fanuc?

Who is the manufacturer of the nail gun used in your application?
On this robot we used Bostitch. We do provide other manufacturers as well though. All the best, Ekatech

Slow
Sure, a production line would be faster. But also much slower when you want to change production. The advantage with our robot solution is that you can change pallet types within just 3 minutes. So you could produce a couple of different pallets a day. That would be impossible with a line production. :)
