- Melanie Gibb, former best friend of Lori Vallow, took the stand on Thursday morning to detail what she remembers from both Lori and Charles Vallow’s marriage, the murder of Charles, and the events that took place after Lori and Chad Daybell became a couple. Vallow also allegedly told Gibb that she believed her husband was a dark spirit, and possessed.

I think she was in on the idea to kill their spouses to give money to Chad like Melanie P. When she talks about land that Chad wanted her husband Dave to buy to set up their temple, I think she means that he was going to be killed and his death proceeds would be used to do all this. The kids were not part of the killing deal for her I think. Like Brandon's kids who were being called demons except the little girl CHad probably had his eye on as a future 'wife'.

Melanie Gibb needs to have an early onset Alzheimer test, her memory has had a dramatic loss! Her interviews with police was far different to her “i dont recall, I cant remember, it’s been too long” responses. Her interview with East Idaho News (2 parts) was full of what was going on. How she has lost that memory should be very concerning to her. I wonder if she will get it back after the trials are over (including Lori’s trial in Arizona of course).
