Hi from the UK, love your channel. Nice to see planes flown to their full potential. Could you answer me a question. I've got voltage sensor on my avanti using nx8 tx. How do you get it on a switch ? I've got the voltage being read out at certain times but think you've got it on a switch. If you could reply that would be awesome. Keep safe
We can't guide you through the process on your NX8, but we can say that it can be done - you'll need to check the manual which should have audio macros you can reference. Or check the NX8 thread on RCGroups.com - someone with the radio has most likely asked how to set this up specifically with theirs already.
Great video 👍 I have always been a fan of the F16. I am new to flying and love this offering. Especially since you said it is a good jet for a new flyer. Unfortunately the website you referenced says they are out of stock ☹️ Any idea when they might be available again? Thanks for a Great video 👍 I just subscribed to your RUclips channel and Instagram
The fms website says it comes with a 70amp esc and 1850kv motor. So did you swap the motor and esc for this flight or does website have wrong power system listed?
How would you compare the flight characteristics of the FMS F16 70mm to the FMS Yak-130 70 mm V2? (On the ground, the Yak seems to be a bit more stable with slightly wider landing main gear.)
The Yak is less of a beginner aircraft and is more capable pitch-wise due to the upward thrust angle. The F-16 is more stable in the sky and can perform high alpha. The Yak is more stable on the ground, but still capable of tipping over.
Nice video. How difficult would it be to modify to full stabalators. Cut, glue and pivot. Is there room to modify do you think. With respect that there is a lot of work needed to achieve
You'd have to chop them off cleanly, then add a gimbal system so the stabs can rotate freely while attached to the servo. It would be a lot of work. We've seen someone on YT do it before but it was only on a Short.
Excellent video as always, Sir TBRC! I've always loved the F-16 mostly for its looks but clearly also for its ability to effortlessly carve the sky. Is there some particular reason why you didn't perform any inverted passes, or any inverted flight in this video? If you told me I could fly an RC version of this beautiful bird 25 years ago when I began flying RC prop planes, I was flying my 65" Goldberg Extra 300 w/YS 140 powerplant, I'd tell you that you're crazy. Fastforward 23 years and WOW how things have changed. Saying that, between EF F-16 Thunderbird 70mm and the FMS "equivalent" you prefer the FMS with the reflex (I suppose similar to AS3X/SAFE)? Also, what exactly "excels" or propels (yes pun) the FMS version of this 70mm F-16 against the EF version? I understand the subpar plastic wheels, but Horizon and FMS are always looking for ways to cut corners, save costs. Case in point, the front nose gear/strut on the EF T-28 Trojan 1.2m. It's simply an afterthought compared the rest of this awesome aircraft. I've gone through 4 of them at $14 each in under 100 flights. As for decals, maybe you had a bad experience in South Dakato? 🙁

Hey buddy, I’m getting ready to retire and I need a hobby. I’ve never flown an RC plane but I want to get into the nanny millimeter F4 Phantom the 1700mmP 51 mustang.and 80mm B1 Lancer What would you recommend for me to start out blind where I can get up to those jets? I just told you about. Thank you for your help.
If you're looking to learn to fly model aircraft, your best bet to start out with is the AeroScout from Horizon Hobby: bit.ly/3SRtfFF This kit comes with everything you'll need to get started. As your skills progress, you can consider moving to more advanced prop-driven planes and EDF jets. We'd definitely recommend starting with the AS. It's durable, easy to repair, and inexpensive.

@@TwoBrosRC thanks for the answer, looking forward to warmer weather so i can test it out :) Hopefully i can learn to fly it as good as you do! Keep up the great work.
I like this. Just started learning to fly with the 64mm Rafale, probably not the best to start with but I'm enjoying myself so far. Does the FMS 70mm F16 have thrust reverse as I'm having a short runway to play with? Happily suprised that the Rafale had it.
Im really surprised that they classify this as a beginner jet cause every F-16 ive flown gets pretty wing rocky when in a alpha configuration or in slow flight mode
This one doesn't wing rock at all in high alpha. It's absolutely a beginner's jet for that reason and due to its easy flying characteristics until you get the CG balanced rearward, then it becomes a jet that you can really toss around.

Just curious how they measure jet wing span. I noticed they are much smaller sizes then timber’s etc. you mentioned 70mmon this one.
70mm is the size of the ducted fan powering the model, not the wingspan. This should be an 800mm wingspan.

so does it fly better without the missiles and bells and whistles ?
They're so light that they're unlikely to make any difference.
