I found your channel and have BINGED episodes; I now have a decent skin care routine, invested in good makeup, and have made changes in self talk. You wouldn’t believe how much better I feel- even my doc noticed a “glow” I had at my last appointment. As cheesy as it sounds- thanks for being my motivation 😂.

I had never heard the term "Glow Up" but I love it. I just read the story "A Little Princess" to my daughter and realized what an amazing message it is. When the young girl in the book is stripped of all of her finery and dignity, she continues to respond with kindness and generosity to those around her....in her darkest time, she most truly acts like "a little princess." I wish all women could embrace this principle to know true virtue and dignity.

I get really discouraged with my weight loose. I do really good and then something comes up to where I can’t make the gym or work gets in the way so I am beat by the time I get home. But what I do even for a little movement is sit on my bed and kick my feet for 5 min. or just some relaxing breathing pushing my tummy out and sucking it in . I am also taken this because I have to left a lot go since I have started taken care of my family members . But no one can do it that they want to do it that is . I needed this video so badly! I really love the 4-6 week Glow-Up goal! It’s not an easy task. Because I definitely just give up after 2 weeks. Lol. When I don’t see immediate results, I say screw it! I try and make calendars of check yes if I did them, or planning to gym. But I feel so overwhelmed with so many different goals. Having a crazy work schedule never helps for good health, but I’m really going to try and make an effort to journal and visualize (as you recommended), because I think we all struggle with how to start and thrive off that!

Shame on you. What you did in your video is exactly what you shouldn't do. By taking off your glasses and letting your hair down you were attempting to to say that a young woman can't be attractive if she wears glasses and has her hair in a ponytail or pulled back. You even had you glasses halfway down your nose to further push the point even more, by making your self more like a librarian. The truth is that you're an amazingly beautiful young attractive woman and wearing glasses doesn't take anything away from that at all. As a retired optician and a man that totally enjoys seeing an attractive young woman you are much too vain to apparently feel any less attractive wearing glasses. Over the years I have fitted many very attractive young ladies with their glasses. It gives me great pleasure when they return for adjustments and they are wearing their glasses confidently and looking equally as beautiful with and without their glasses. You without a doubt have that same beauty and should have the confidence to wear your glasses confidently as well. In looking at your video caps not surprising this was the only time you're seen wearing glasses and as it turned out for a completely wrong reason. I could see by looking at your glasses that your a little bit nearsighted and maybe don't need full time vision correction but your eyesight is improved when you have your glasses on and wearing your glasses in never going to do any harm to your eyesight. Actually many young women now are wearing glasses much more frequently because glasses have really become a very nice fashion "must have" fashion accessory, even for those with perfect eyesight. Haven't you noticed the racks of non-prescription glasses in the boutiques? Your next video should be one with you wearing glasses throughout the entire video and feeling confident about it. maybe even talk about how you found out that you needed glasses and when you got your first glasses.
