- In this video, I will share the shocking incident that happened with a Computer Science student at IIT Guwahati.
IIT JEE is known as one of the toughest exams in the world. Every year, lakhs of students prepare for IIT JEE and hard to get into one of India’s top IITs. Despite rigorous preparation and hard work, many students who successfully crack the IIT entrance exam often find themselves facing immense pressure once they are admitted.
Even those who gain admission to top IITs may not feel secure, as the academic environment can be highly demanding and competitive.
This story is about a student from IIT Guwahati who sadly took his own life because of the stress from his studies. This tragic event shows that even in these top college students can struggle with mental health issues and feel overwhelmed.
It highlights the importance of having better support systems to help students manage their stress and take care of their mental well-being.

I am right now in 12th n in my institute a girl commited suicide in institute's hostel ..We were shocked because in our town this was a first case 😢😢 ....and later I heard my one of the close frnd who was also in 12th commited suicide ...but he didn't died rather he is bed ridden 😢😢😔 after listening this I was in shock for 1 week ...and now ......
New news came again a person suicided 😔😔being a student it is very disheartening moment that ...Why are students suiciding?

one thing india should adopt in its system is providing therapy in schools and colleges like we see in US. Mental health is a serious issue in indian students which not getting addressed properly.
The worst thing about suicide is that most of the cases remain unreported even in IIT 😢
The problem is that students make the placement for themselves , not the institutions, the only advantage is that engineering is subsidised.
Even in IIT Bhubaneswar, and just few days before this incident in Guwahati, one student of third year jumped from the 6th floor inside the admin building 😢
I cleared NEET this year and got admission in AIIMS. Trust me, it isn’t as glorious as it seems. The best colleges are the most toxic…

Please appoint psychologists and conduct therapy sessions in every IITs, NITs and other prestigious institutions. Proper guidance and treatment can solve mental health issues and thereby reduce suicides and loss of highly capable youth in the country

I am from NIT jalandhar and believe me i do all of my study mostly from paid online courses who are far better in teaching than some of my own collage professors. Except for a few good professors who teach the certain subject, i bearly understand the rest of the subjects by some other professor. The point here is if the professor don't know how to teach and we bearly understand what's going on in the class than why should we attended the class, what is the point of it ? rather than wasting my 1 hr. i can study the same subject from other teacher or on my own and get the better results. Our classes run from 9AM to 5AM regularly, we get tired after attending all these classes we dont even get enough time to selfstudy and for other activities as well, therefore to get some more time for doing selfstudy, so that we can understand the concept which we don't understand in class, for this why should not we bunk the class? Is it necessary to sit in the class like a robot and waste our one hr. Just for 75 % attendance criteria? Is this making any sense to you.. This whole system is so terrible bro.....😑😒
Exactly, in schools also we legit waste 6-7 hrs daily.... Even though we don't get anything that our teacher teaches but still we've to sit there...
Instead we can just do self study n gain better content at home alone just that attendance ke liye school jana padta hai aur self study nahi ho pati n then we end up in depression...seriously indian education system sucks 😢

M gyi thi adminstration k pass help maangne k liye ki mujhe attendance me chhut diya jae kyoki meri physical injury huyi h , mere pas pura medical documents and reports bhi thi , but mere hod be mana bhi krdiya .
Sach kahu mai wahi college me rone lgi , bahut roya kuch nhi huwa kisi ka dil nhi pighla despite my physical condition and sir ne ye bhi bol diya ki apne junior k saath exam de dena.
I being so talented and one of the bright student, i was denied the relaxation. But luckily my family supported me and did arrangments to support my daily activities which eventually helped me .
But hn engineering college me ye toh h kitna bhi issues me raho , college aur system apko aur rulaega .
Aur hardly koi support krta h , ek do incident me log we want justice ye sab krenge pr majority esa hi hota h student jhelta h .
All engineering student lives matter chahe nit ho ya iit ho ya koi other college.

I was told to do neet ,but didn't cleared exam, wanted to do biotech then was told not much scope here,this and that,have interest for English and hindi honors from jnu,du,etc.doing language course will be always my fav .but currently forced to take admission in agriculture college 🙃🥲
