I've seen people post just straight up unedited clips with nothing other than captions and they get away with it, I go out of my way to edit my clips into oblivion hoping they won't get picked up by TikTok's copyright algorithm and I NEVER get away with it. I don't understand how some people can get away with doing so little to their clips and mine get shot down constantly.

This sounds great but its not going to work even with 20 seocnd sstock video, Its going to get flagged off top by the ID system if not the actual creator and if you try an appeal the strike an actual human is going to look at the video and see that youve basicaly just cosmeticaly made some minor adjusts which id love to see you dispute that on the grounds that cosmetic adjustments are akin to adding value to the video, It just sounds good to people who dont know any better and youve well tricked them into thinking there going to start printing money;.

Got a question, maby you could help... i started making motivational content from stiched up podcasts of famous people... in the background i got some famous instrumental songs , example i have an originaly edited video with effects and evrything, where skyfall from adele is playing and the voiceover is basically the stiched up podcast, ehat ever the person is saying... the question is will i get copyrighted because of the instrumental of the song in the background?
for some songs you can get copyrighted, but you can check that before you uploud
