Hi Karen. I have adult acne too. Great you've found something that works. I tend to get cystic acne when I'm stressed or consume dairy. Recently I've started using La Roche-Posay Effaclar Foaming Gel Wash (the big blue 400ml bottle). Wash twice a day with this and moisturize straight after. It's been great and I can even eat dairy without breaking out *at all*. It's a great product to use for the bad breakouts...if you ever need a backup. xx
I LOVE Agency too! I started out with Curology years ago for the Tretinoin mainly. Switched over once they partnered with Agency. BOTH are simply wonderful in the care and attention to my skin. I only regret I didn't start on this skincare in 40's. I say this because I'll be 67 next month and my skin could have been this Good MUCH sooner. It s worth every cent, much cheaper than my regular Dermatologist. Do it Folks you won't regret it!
I'm nearly of a similar age and only recently got into proper skin-care particularly where retinoids are concerned as I was so scared of using this product. Well as of now my skin could not be happier, its was extremely oily but I've got that under a measure of control so this summer (UK) wasn't the nightmare it normally would be. Invest in your skin is the one message to take away, its never too late!
That's what having and being with your man will do ... he knows how to chill you out, take time to appreciate the smaller things and just cool you right on out. Now that was one of the most beautiful part of the whole trip to Paris, i'd say. Especially when they got their head on pretty cool. Ahhh, I love the male species.

I was trying to catch where that flea market stumble was. If you've never been to Thanx God I'm A ViP vintage shop, then that's a must!! Never seen anything like it - racks of colour coordinated amazing quality threads and the volume of it really stood out to me! I went to Nice Piece after watching this - amazing!
Great vlogging from Paris. Thanks for taking the time. The vintage shops there are really good in that one can find items that might not be found anywhere else. Plus, the pieces can be styled really differently. As for the bars, it's good to know that the bar inside of the Hôtel Lutetia, in the 6th, is really good. I haven't been inside the hotel since the major renovation was finished, but was back and forth to Paris over the 4 years or so during the renovation. I should have dropped by in summer 2018 when it reopened. I'll put it on my list as it's in the same arrondissement where I've been staying since the early 80s. Each arrondissement is very different, but although having stayed all over Paris, I still go back to the 6th where the shopping is really good along with the 7th with Le Bon Marche department store. Plus, I'm really a Left Bank person except for The Marais and also the 10th. The next time you're in Paris, you should drop by Fabrice jewelry store at 33 rue Bonaparte. It's about a 3-4 minute walk north of Cafe Les Deux Magots. The jewelry there is really good and I love the African-inspired jewelry that they usually carry although one never knows what is exactly going to be in the different collections. As for the police officers on rollerblades, in Jakarta they started using them around 15 years ago. They are needed there as Jakarta is a gridlock mess, but I still love that city. LOL! Also, in case you weren't aware, the black jumpsuit (Sparco) is actually a driving suit, made for racing! They have different fire retardant ratings. I truly loved your Paris vlogs from last year, and even my boyfriend stopped walking around the house and sat to watch them (the music got him). Total Lie. I went Vintage shopping there in January and found loads of gems for a great price. It’s not like American Salvation Army or basic vintage shops with $5 Gap sweaters from the 90s but you can find amazing tailoring, dresses and heirloom type pieces for very reasonable prices in the large flea markets in upside of Paris. ❤
Your skin looks so creamy in this video! Just lovely. I discovered that my face breaks out when I eat wheat by doing Whole 30 for a month then introducing suspect foods one at a time. Stopped eating wheat altogether except when I ate wheat on a trip to Ireland and came bach with a purple inflamed fa ce with acne. Another time, I ate pizza at a party and got hot push acne so bad that I had to put ice on my face in order to fall asleep. Needles to say, I am no longer tempted to eat wheat no matter how delicious the bread, pasta, beer or pizza looks. My skin has remained consistently clear except for those two incidents. Also somewhat eczema prone when consuming dairy. Skin stays clearest when I avoid both.
I want to gather a group of fiends, go to a cafe in Paris, have a glass of wine, look out the window at what people are wearing. Karen, with your videos I saved a lot of money.

I told my 20 year old niece that I was thinking of getting those high top Nike trainers ( you know, the green ones that you have) and she said “omg you’re in your 50s, that’s pathetic”. It’s thrown me a bit style wise and I’m starting to second guess everything so would really like your honest view. If too long for you to answer, then maybe in one of your future videos only if that suits….it’s just that I love your style and am borrowing quite a bit from it.

Total Lie. I went Vintage shopping there in January and found loads of gems for a great price.
It’s not like American Salvation Army or basic vintage shops with $5 Gap sweaters from the 90s but you can find amazing tailoring, dresses and heirloom type pieces for very reasonable prices in the large flea markets in upside of Paris. ❤
Depends on where you go. The shops can be very expensive as they have to cover high rents but the markets are good for some affordable finds.

Your skin looks so creamy in this video! Just lovely.
I discovered that my face breaks out when I eat wheat by doing Whole 30 for a month then introducing suspect foods one at a time. Stopped eating wheat altogether except when I ate wheat on a trip to Ireland and came bach with a purple inflamed fa ce with acne. Another time, I ate pizza at a party and got hot push acne so bad that I had to put ice on my face in order to fall asleep. Needles to say, I am no longer tempted to eat wheat no matter how delicious the bread, pasta, beer or pizza looks. My skin has remained consistently clear except for those two incidents. Also somewhat eczema prone when consuming dairy. Skin stays clearest when I avoid both.

Thank you for the video Karen. Karen, I have to ask…if you were in your 50s now, what in your closet would you not wear? I told my 20 year old niece that I was thinking of getting those high top Nike trainers ( you know, the green ones that you have) and she said “omg you’re in your 50s, that’s pathetic”. It’s thrown me a bit style wise and I’m starting to second guess everything so would really like your honest view. If too long for you to answer, then maybe in one of your future videos only if that suits….it’s just that I love your style and am borrowing quite a bit from it.
