I recommend She’s In The Rain by The Rose
Day6 is one of my favourite bands/groups in kpop. Their b side tracks are immaculate. One of my favourite songs of theirs that has a music video is "days gone by" which has more of a retro vibe. Their bass guitarist, Young K, has a solo album called Eternal that was definitely my favourite album of last year, it is so so incredibly lovely with a wide variety of genres. The title track "Guard You" from that album has a music video, so if you're planning on doing another kpop solo artists video, that would be very cool to see!
The Rose yessssssss!! Definitely listen to them more. They have so many good songs. She’s In The Rain and Sorry are two major good ones but they also have amazing b-side tracks.

Love them so much! Beauty and the beast is one of my favorites. Woosung is the lead singer and he has a relatively new release, phase me is a great one.

if you love onewe (pronounced one we) you are gonna love their songs: AuRoRa, Parting, Ring on my ears, Universe_ and A book in memory. onewe are one of my all time favourite groups they have amazing songs and their main vocalists name is yonghoon and his vocal range is insane. onewe are the brother group to the group named Oneus (pronounced one us) and they even have twins in the groups one brother in each group the keyboardist is one of the twins named dongmyeong. onewe and oneus both have some incredible songs.
Onewe is one of the greatest group of artists to exist and the music industry is so lucky to have them. I would definitely suggest watching their acoustic performances to get a real glimpse of their amazing vocals. Some acoustic performances that are my favorite would have to be Parting, Cosmos, Rain to be, and A book in memory. I highly recommend those you won’t be disappointed

The main vocalist of The Rose also has some solo songs and I HIGHLY recommend them. He has a very distinct vibrato to his voice and "The Rose - baby" highlights this a lot

I definitely recommend more Onewe!! They are a self producing group who writes, produces, and arranges all of their songs! They have a nearly perfect discography and never dissappoint! They are under the same company as Mamamoo, Purple Kiss, and Oneus (their brother group who id also recommend that you check out) so it is no wonder why they make such great music! If you do decide to react to more id suggest:

Another one that doesn’t have a music video but you can watch the performance is for “I Would”That song has so many feelings and emotions that need no translation. Literally gives me the feels every time I listen to it.
Onewe is one of the very few bands that I listen to all the time. There song "Book of Memory" has a deep story. Also, the guitar solo will give you chills.

more "The Rose"!!! their lead singer (Woosung) is also doing solo music, so there's another chance to consume more of his amazing vocals.
As a MyDay (fan of Day6) and a WeVe (fan of Onewe--yes it is pronounced one we) so happy their songs are added to your playlists. As to singing along, I can say that when you listen to them enough, and hear enough Korean, it gets easier to sing along. There are also lyric videos with romanization of Korean if you are so motivated. I have started to try to learn Korean because I want to pronounce it better.
If you want more suggestion for K-bands you will be bombarded. I can tell you that anything by these two bands will be good. I was happy you can see there is so much more to K-pop.
As to soloists
The lead singer of The Rose is one of my favorites, Woosung's voice is so great, check out Lazy or Face, or his new song all in English called Phase Me
Woodz is my ult soloist, and his voice is so beautiful (his new title track is pretty rock/punk influenced, called I Hate You)
IU is the most famous female soloist for a reason
Jackson Wang has lots of solo songs in English and all are great, the new song Blow has a crazy MV

I'm glad you started learning KOREAN🙆🏻♂️ nowadays, Kdrama and Kmovie as well as K pop are gaining popularity worldwide🗺 to give you one tip, watching KOREAN dramas and movies will be very helpful. Of course, there are a lot of KOREAN study videos on Yo※tube.🙂

yesss onewe my ultimate favorite k-band, they are so soulful, yonghoon (main vocalist) absolutely one of my favorite vocalist, Cya (the bass/rap) is so freaking talented like he is the youngest he is babie but he already being an amazing producer and songwriter, and kanghyun the guitarist??? his skill is on top like im not even exagerrating, they are so talented, they have the quality, great freaking songs and their visuals tho.. you will know how good they are if you watch them more, im not joking, and sorry im not usually like this but this is probably the most long paragraph i have ever write in 2022

Each band brings a uniqueness I havent heard before and I just love the sound of the drums and guitars.

Yay, I was so excited to see your reaction to ONEWE! They're very talented musicians, and they have gorgeous vocals and harmonies as well. I'd love to see you check out more of their music, I'd recommend Parting, Ring On My Ears, and AuRoRa. Honestly, I had to cut my list of recommendations-at first I had listed seven, which I understand is probably too many to be useful. But it's so hard to choose which ONEWE songs to recommend because they have so many amazing ones!
ONEWE is the only kband I follow closely, but I do also love Woosung's voice, and Rolling Quartz is so cool too! If you want to check out even more kbands (hopefully in addition to ONEWE!), I suggest Moonshot by N.Flying and Enough by Hoppipolla.

Onewe is from the same company as Mamamoo and they have my favourite Korean music.
Onewe has so many amazing songs. Their main vocalist Yonghoon has one of my fav voices ever, it's gorgeous.
Also an interesting bonus fact: they have a "brother group" called Oneus (pronounced one-us). Both are in the same company and there are even twin brothers. Xion is in Oneus and his brother Dongmyeong in Onewe. You should definitely check Oneus out as well. :)
You pronounced xdinary Heroes correct they're actually releasing the first mini album Hello world on the 20th they've done a teaser for it the instrumental which is really good. The drummer is the leader and the oldest and the one with the long hair is the youngest
You're going to love other OneWe songs too I'm sure. They have never given one bad song. Aurora, Veronica, Ring in my Ears, Regulus. 😀

Woosung, the lead singer from The Rose, has one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard. He also has solo work! Check out "Dimples", "Modern Life", and "Phase Me". He's California born, and was doing solo stuff while the other members were doing their mandatory military service. They're back together and working on new material!

I'm always glad when reactors dive into Korean bands and you picked some great songs to start out, including my favorite DAY6 song!
My favorite band is ONEWE (pronounced one - wee, easy to remember if you know their literal brother group ONEUS - one us - that has the keyboardist's twin as a member). For them my go-to recommendations to give you an idea of their range are AuRoRa (written by the same guy who wrote Rain to Be, guitarist Kanghyun), Universe_ (a rock ballad), Montage_ (rock-heavier song), Veronica (pure serotonin), and Parting. If you want any more info about them, let me know!
Some other Korean bands I listen to are: Lucy, Jaurim, Touched, Hoppipolla, and Thornapple. There's a lot of great music out there!
Hoppipolla, YES! My student introduced them to me, and I really like them.
I squealed in joy at this video start to finish. ONEWE by far is my favorite sound- they're more of an alternative sound but my GOD they're stunning. AuRoRa is another amazing song with some fantastic solos from pretty much all the members, but if you're looking for more of that lovely smoky sound then Regulus is my personal favorite.
Full disclosure, I've put on the dubbed lyric videos to several songs and learned the songs by trial and error. The pronunciation can be weird if you're not familiar with how the sounds sit in the throat/mouth but aside from that, highly recommend. Can't wait to see what's next! My playlist is getting some great updates from these videos.

I'm so glad that you liked Sweet Chaos by Day6. I am a big fan of their music. They've outstanding songs and I feel that u could love them as much as Sweet Chaos :) They're great as a band but are also amazing artists separately. The bass player of Day 6 - Young K is a well-known songwriter in the Korean music industry. I recommend you to check his song "Microphone" or "Guard You" :) Day6 also has a sub-unit ( Day 6 "Even of Day" ) with a really good tracks. So if u would continue the "rock-alike" reactions I would love to see your reaction to Day6 (Even of Day) - Right Through Me, Young K - Microphone, and Day6 - Zombie.

Ahhhh I am SO HAPPY you got to check out Onewe (one we as you pronounced last lol) You should check out others by them including Aurora, Parting, Reminisce About All, Regulus, Q (Feat. Hwa Sa of Mamamoo) and PLEASE ALSO check out COSMOS (acoustic) as well. As for what I do when I want to sing along and don't know the words I usually hum, sing any english parts, or learn my most favorite parts in Korean to truly feel it all

Yes!! "Moonshot" was my intro to N.Flying and it's SOOOO GOOD!! It's a great starter song if you want to get into them.
You should probably check the rose's singer too ! His name is Woosung and he has a solo career as well so check it out ;)
And Onewe has a unique concept because the group has a "brother" group... I explain myself : you have Onewe (read "one" as the number and "we" as the pronoun), this group is the "band group" and you have Oneus (read "one" and "us"), in charge of the performances. So each one do his job and sometimes they do some songs together ! Fun fact : there are twins in the groups ! The keyboardist is one of them in Onewe and his brother is in Oneus. Quite funny !

I absolutely love Rolling Quartz! Not only are their songs more like the ones I heard growing up but the fact that it's an all-female band...with a female drummer! I suggested them last reaction and deliberately left out the part that they're all girls 😁 I wanted to see your first reaction and I wasn't disappointed 😆 (I'm sure I'm not the only one who suggested them though)

I loved your reaction! The fact that I love all these bands makes it better. I would like to recommend 3 more songs by 3 different bands. Your Ocean by Hoppipolla, Snooze by LUCY, and Colors by BURSTERS. You don't have to do them now, if you're busy I understand.

These groups are all absolutely fantastic and I enjoy listening to all of them. My favorites are Rolling Quartz and Onewe! I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Rolling Quartz live a week ago, and I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best concerts I have ever seen. They have a lot of content on their group and individual RUclips channels that you should check out. I especially recommend their live videos and self-bootleg. There’s nothing like live rock! I saw on Twitter that one of the people running the stage for the concert said it was one of the best concerts he’s seen there, and I could not agree more. I know most people will be reacting to the more popular (which are deservedly popular) bands in the comments (Day6, The Rose, and Onewe more and more) but Rolling Quartz is my favorite Kband of all time, and they’re still so new! Every single member is such a master of their instrument (or vocals in the case of Jayoung), and I appreciate that they have videos that highlight the parts of each member. And yes, their style is absolutely my vibe too! Lol
For Onewe I recommend everything but especially their Planet Nine eps. I especially have my eye on Kanghyun, the guitarist, and Cya, whose songwriting and producing is top notch. There are plenty of comments that give more detail as to songs and performances of theirs to check out, so I’ll keep it short, but honestly they have such a wide range of style and a refreshing sound, and literally anything you watch or stream of theirs will be of the highest quality. They also have videos on their channel where they break down their songs and the member who wrote each song explains the concept behind it.
Woosung, the lead singer of The Rose, also has his own solo music that he’s put out more recently.
Also thanks for including Xdinary Heroes. I’m very excited to see what they continue to put out, they have a lot of talent.
Also if you’re doing a part 2, here are some you can react to: Crying Nut (OG Korean rock), DIH, Guckkasten, 2Z, iamnot, Løren (soloist but more punk/emo pop/rock), the Volunteers (Indie rock), Dreamcatcher (they don’t play instruments but they sing a lot of rock and pop rock), Nive (one of my favorite indie singers), and No Brain.
I also wanna point out that rock is op in Japan and there are many amazing women-led rock bands and women rockers in well known Jbands. For all-girl bands you might want to start with Band-Maid, Nemophila, or Band-Maiko.

Day6 probably has the most consistently good music of any Korean group that I know, at least for my taste. But I also love Onewe and The Rose! Red is actually one of my least favorite titles by The Rose haha, but it’s still good!
By the way, if you’re looking for another co-Ed group, you should check out AKMU! Wonderful brother and sister duo group. I recommend “200%” if you want to smile and “Melted” if you want to cry 😭
