Well, if I'm not wrong, even with low base pr, if u augment it + level it up, you'll get max pr anyways. If your gem generated with a higher pr, it prob means that it's has a higher level / is more augmented, so you'll spend less materials in order to max it up. So basically, every gem will get to a max pr if you level it up + augment it, it only depends on the number of materials you want to spend in order to max it out.

You can get a cosmic gem in the stellar empowered gem box at least on console i think.

Pensador Dantas your class gem started with 2 star/2 stats and I’d recommend using more keys until you get one with 3 stars/3stats off the start

if the gem starts with 2 stars it will only have 2 pearls. YOu need a 3 star gem for 3 pearls.
