These old matchbox figures are very nice. I have some of the reproductions and the detail is still good. I'm in my 50s and remember going and buying airfix figures to go with my toy and later model tanks ..... and watching the 1960s and 70s war movies ( Guns Navarone, Battle Bulge, Bridge To Far, etc.... ) ..... sweet childhood 😁
Depiction of the MP40 submachine gun might be better. However all of us here know the really atrocious job Airfix did in THEIR 1970s set. I still have no idea what that smg is supposed to be. Nice paintjob, I only ever painted one 1/32 scale soldier set but I was only 12, so......
