Honestly! Meditating is one of the things that I wish so much to be able to do often, but unfortunately I am not able to do.
I can mutter/meditate common words like, "I am the righteousness of GOD in CHRIST."
But some, I meditate for sometime, lately I will have forgotten to mutter the same verse because of been busy with something.
May the Holy Spirit help me in my weakness!
