Citroen are gonna be hard to beat in Monte, the two guys that were fighting for the win last year are their 2 drivers, only other driver I can see challenging them is Solberg.
Not only in Monte tho, in all tarmac events, the C3 seems to work pretty well on tarmac and both Gryazin and Rossell seem to be tarmac specialists

Yes, exhaust als sound is totally different, even front als.. now sounds more like fabia r5 or polo r5

I think they were fed up with late decisions on which set of regulations used for the Rally1 category..
