Adventure awaits in this bold new offering from Gavin Lendt! Dragonstone was inspired by the composer's love of video game music, and features many of the hallmarks of that style. Bombastic percussion, driving motivic rhythms, and colorful orchestration are used to great effect in a work that is carefully scored to be accessible for developing players while still providing worthy musical moments for more advanced ensembles as well. fun fact my band was the first ever band to play this and we preformed it at contest and our spring concert! if you don’t believe it ask gavin himself it was the mound city r-2 panther band!
