If a (thermal) helmet is active, you can quickly toggle it by holding F11 on your keyboard, flicking the lens up/down, deactivating the effect if it is up. It only works if you're not in a menu and it takes a second

You can also save an outfit with it enabled and everytime u load the outfit, the thermal helmet will be activated.

Having a Scooba Suit as one of my saved outfits has been extremely useful, has helped me out so many times. It's definitely worth the purchase.
Especially with the signal jammer heist setup for cayo perico.
Mine came with the sub it was free ig
Lvl 711 here. Great video. FYI, on consoles, you can lower or raise the helmet googles/visor by holding right on the dpad. There's probably an option for this on PC too.
Press f11 to toggle visor helmet up/down. While helmet visor is down, press and hold f11 to activate. Should show you on top left corner of the screen when you equip it.
Next time use Heavy or Auto Sniper to showcase protection. Because, never does one fight with the basic sniper. Unless he is a noob.
Thermal used to be used to shoot people through walls. Idk if that glitch is still working.
Camo works as well, especially in the desert and woodland. Gives you minor help against Jet griefers.
My heavy sniper is explosive...and I did a bit lazy move by not reverting it back to regular one
Thermal sniper glitch still works, it takes advantage of the game not loading terrain far away. Perhaps this will be fixed on PS5 and Series X
True about the camo. I made a black hiding outfit for nighttime and a tan hiding outfit for the desert. Both work pretty well.
@@calebcarroll1572 here on series X. It’s not fixed. It won’t ever be fixed, because that would involve completely rebuilding the game and the engine it’s on.
@@__chevytrucks__ I mean on expanded and enhanced version. All the PS5 and the SX are doing is emulating the same game that’s optimized for last gen. But maybe your right idk.

OOOOOh, so I aint the only one who noticed, that my guy's face is changing everytime, when I'm on the sub or doing the heist.
I knew all of these items existed and how useful they are but I don't really use them that much unless it's required for a certain mission (like night vision for the Avenger setup, thermal vision for the Rescue Agent 14 setup, scuba gear for hiding from griefers underwater and bulletproof helmet and utility vest for the Pacific Standard finale. Other than that, I don't use any of these items on a regular basis.
Yes, and there are still a lot of new player don't realized they can chooose player's own outfit to use utility vest during those apartment heists.

Level 150 me either, I just thought they looked cool and a saw a suit on Reddit and thought the thermal and night vision really fit on it

The problem with bulletproof helmets is even if you save it to an outfit when you die and respawn the helmet disappears and you have to either re equip it or change outfits then change back
Never happened to me. Played on X1. It only disappeared when you entered a garage or a building for me.
And this is not even true for the basic bulletproof helmet. It is the least glitchiest and it stays on the in car if I am not mistaken.
@@scudb5509 that's weird maybe it's just glitched for PS4 then because it's not just bulletproof helmets is normal hats too sometimes it even masks
@@GucciSniffaR6 The only reason might be if you have a glitched outfit. But, on Xbox One hats almost never glitched if I remember. And I last played during the Cayo Perico Heist.
@@scudb5509 nah my outfits just a normal outfit and I use the black LS snapback and sometimes when I die I spawn without it same with special outfits like the Republican Space Ranger one and the Impotent Rage
Or when you get in a helicopter or a boat, your helmet gets replaced by the flight helmet or the scuba mask

The scuba outfit is useful to have if you're very deep in the ocean in GTA
You should put in tips that you can get a free scuba by doing underwater mission (name?) In aggressive approach casino heist prep.

I thought the Utility Vest only worked on the classic heists (it wouldn't work on Doomsday Heist, Casino or Cayo Perico). Can anyone confirm that, please?

7:50, is it actually free though? you had to pay waaaaay more for the sub and possible accesories on it, so not really free
You buy a sub for the cayo heist, controllable missiles, and fun. Scuba gear is just a free addition. You dont pay for it when you buy a sub. No one would buy a sub just for scuba gear
@@BaryandaEven the scuba gear is free to equip after purchasing the kosatka. Tested 5 times 100% working. I myself am a kosatka sub owner SO DO NOT TRY TO CHEAT ME UNLESS YOU ARE A HACKER/TRYHARD GRIEFER!!!🤣🤣🤣
Actually you pay more for the sub because it gives you access to heist that is why the price is reasonably expensive. NOT FOR THE ACCESSORIES LIKE THE FREE SCUBA GEAR!!!🤣🤣🤣
@@BaryandaThis sub is very useful for safe transportation for your entire crew, especially if you have lots of friends. Solo players like me buy the sub for cayo perico heist and the sparrow that can only be stored in your kosatka as a moonpool vehicle and other vehicles like the stromberg and toreador. Also you don't have to pay for the periscope that comes with the kosatka after purchasing it. So the periscope is another best way to chase away griefers when doing precious missions like crates. Not like other services that cannot fast travel except for the useless yacht, but I find the fast travel a bit more valuable than the yacht. Did you know that if you submerge your kosatka, only subs can attack you? Try it this one NO GRIEFERS CAN REALLY ATTACK YOU 100% ESPECIALLY IN UNDERWATER THAT IS LIKE KING OF THE OCEAN!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣

For any low level player that *may* perhaps see this comment, I can tell you from experience that honestly the only outfit(s) on this list that are worth your hard earned cash, is the Scuba Suit & MAYBE the Thermal Vision Goggles depending on if you find yourself getting into a lot of PVP in freemode or not..
All the other outfits here are useless and you should not waste your money on them, like for example the “Bulletproof” Helmet, if someone wants you dead then you’re gonna be dead and the way GTA’s Auto-Aim system works, it aims for center mass anyhow so wearing that helmet would be useless, besides one shot from a heavy sniper and there’s a 99% chance you’re dead anyways assuming you didn’t get hit in the arm or leg in which case you’d still only have a MINUSCULE sliver of your health left anyhow...
Also the Heavy “Bulletproof” Vest’s ability to carry more in your inventory only works in the original heists from 2015 and obviously nobody plays those anymore, so really all you’d be doing by wearing that vest is putting yourself at a direct disadvantage in PVP by slowing yourself down because it’s so heavy.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste money on clothing if you’re a low level, invest in wiser purchases like a nice car or something.
Also the Scuba Suit isn’t free from the Kosatka if you really think about it, so that’s the only one from this list I can truly recommend buying for yourself and saving to an outfit slot so you can have access to it on-demand whenever you want/need it.
