Worjout #1: This one really had great combo moves... Excellent for the booty... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 276 steps... I thought it would be a higher burn since the 1st round I burned over 90 calories lol
This was such a fun and sweaty 35 minutes ❤️ quads are on fire 🔥 I love that your movements are so fluid but extremely intense at the same time. You are seriously the best ❣️❤️❣️ By the way, any chance the BurpeeGirl Team can run a 5k/10k together? I would love to do another virtual run/walk/jog/wog with you. I know the whole planet is on fire right now but maybe in September or October when the earth is a little cooler? This should have been email. Sorry about that. 😑 I figured I am already here might as well keep going. 😏
Haha! Don't worry about it! I'd love to do another 5k. I feel I wasn't really ready for the last one I did! Still suffered with post COVID sweats! Glad you found this workout challenging. I did it this morning and felt it in my abs!🤣 I feel amazing when I get to work out in the morning!
