  • Running session with 5" & 7+1/4" locomotives at the nsme
    Sadly i have since left this club after an issue with the chairman, so wont be back in the near future which is unfortunate, as some of the people there were great and it was a nice track.
    You never know though, things may change at some point.

      I am hoping to start a build of a 5” loco, this would become my local club. Having seen this review, I really keen to get started with my build! Any tips on where I can buy parts/ kits for 5” battery operated models?

    Where did you get the GB rail freight fleece from. I’m getting a evening start class 66 7 1/4 and would love to be riding around with a GB fleece

      There is a big clue where i got the fleece from if you read what it says on the fleece lol

    Can you get better Scale transfers for that class 20? The numbers and BR logo are far too small,

      This one is being re-numbered into 20189 and will be losing the arrows anyway 🙂

    eric the 20 is doing well the 66 looked great could do with you nicking and taken it to the Wansford Miniature Railway.

    With grateful thanks to GB Railfreight, we are pleased to announce that a GBRF Class 66 will be passenger hauling services on the NVR on Sunday 27th September
    The number of 66??? Is to be advised but GBRF have advised that it will be a Class 66 that has not hauled passengers before
    Due to the 66 having air brake only the coaching stock in use will be our continental stock, this comprises of mostly First Class accommodation which we be de classified for the day.
    First train to depart from Wansford at 10:00 after the locomotive arrives from the main line
    Flex tickets travel all day with a reserved seat, ticket prices coming soon
    All home fleet Diesel Locomotives on display in Wansford yard
