- In this video, we're excited to introduce our farm puppies, Rocky and Bandit, to the rest of our farm animals! We know that socializing puppies from a young age is important, and we're excited to show you how we introduce them to our livestock in a safe and positive way. PLus we know that these pups need to get outside after what all they have been through this past week.
Our farm dogs play an important role in our daily farm life, from protecting our animals to helping us with various tasks. We want to make sure that our puppies learn how to interact with our other farm animals, including chickens, goats, cows, geese, ducks, turkeys, and peacocks.
Join us for this fun and educational adventure on the farm, as we watch our adorable farm puppies explore and learn about their new surroundings.

So nice to see everyone getting along. Mildred was intrigued with the new puppies. What fun they all are going to have. It almost seemed like Rocky was sitting there and taking it all in thinking, "Boy we hit the jackpot!"

I am assuming you mean by "new tech"; you mean machine quilting. I used to be a purist and only hand quilting was acceptable until arthritis set in and I quickly converted and now own a sit-down mid arm HQ Sweetsixteen quilting machine and love it.

The shepherd breeds are natural guardians. Rocky and Bandit are perfect examples of dogs doing what they've been designed to do. By saving those two cuties, you've gained incredibly valuable animals that will protect your farm for years to come. Looking forward to watching them grow up.
I agree with you! This is what those pups were bred for! I was very hopeful they could know how to act with your wide selection of critters. If these pups are anything like Cora and Lieske at Hidden Heights Farms, you are blessed you found each other!!!! They'll pick up for your old guardians and make your farm safer than ever!!! The heat won't be as harmful to them as it is to Pyrenees!

Rocky and bandit are so sweet. You had to do a lot of nursing care but it has been worth it. They are happy pups and I think they will be an asset to the farm

The pups are really at home and SO well behaved. I loved Mildred's reaction to the pup. This show is absolutely super to watch. I am so ove joyed for you and the pups. You have done a great job!

My heart swells up and my eye fill with tears when I watch the babies play. Just days ago we weren't sure about lil Rocky. Thank the Lord he is doing so well. I could watch them play all day long. I just want to squeeze them and love on them. LOL I was amazed as active as they are, they are calm around the animals. Lil Mildred was so precious. Bandit wants to play and he acts like he is so happy his brother is better. I love how y'all tell us what the animals are saying to one another. :)

That was incredible! Couldn't have asked for anything better than the way the boys acted around all of the animals. You would have thought they were born in a barn with the crew all around them. Even Bandit did great. I thought that Bandit would be chasing after the chickens a little bit. Definitely a perfect beginning. You could see the Rocky was ready for a nap once he was back inside. Thanks for the smile you put in my heart. There is just something about puppies. Not just puppies but all baby animals.
For their first experience with the Cog Hill Farm animals, The Brothers were simply amazing. So calm. Already guarding in their own puppy way. Really sweet. As far as Bandit goes just normal puppy behavior rough housing. The boys are blessed to be with you and you are blessed to have them. Once again just like Holly absolutely amazing how they joined the family seamlessly. Can’t wait to see Holly and the brothers. High energy Holly will be good anytime the pups are high energy. Also so good to see the elder pooches.❤We can’t forget their wisdom.

I was sure that Bandit would try to play with the chickens, but not so at all… Rocky is gonna have to get stronger and he will but right now he’s mama’s boy… The one who I thought was so cute is Mildred…. I was truly shocked at their behavior around the chickens. Is it possible that they had already been around chickens in their young life? Mildred is the best, she has never met a stranger. The boys will love their new life for sure.

Livestock Guardian Dogs are just so amazing and different. It’s like they only guard and don’t have any prey drive.

The puppies were such good babies, they didn't care what was around them as long as mom and dad were there with them. Mildred was so curious about the puppies, she has a natural nurturing for babies just like when she nurtured Paris. 🥰🥰🥰
Mildred seemed to be the animal that was the most curious about the puppies. I really love Mildred, she's such a sweet little cow and a pretty girl too. I hope she and the puppies will be friends. Those pups have to be anatolian. We have 3 and they look identical. They really are natural protectors and these two are already showing that! Rocky especially with his calm demeanor watching everything happening 😊❤️ how precious. You really gave them the best home ever. ❤️❤️
