Hey folks, thanks for watching! Just a quick correction: In the video I say that moving the "Symmetry" left raises the pickup, but it's actually the opposite. Left=Low, Right=High. My bad.
I have nothing but admiration for people like you who have the ability to understand all this obscure nerd stuff. This whole video was like greek to me. If I had been a musician in the 70s... I guess I would have stuck to drums.
All of your Ableton plugin tutorials are SO useful - I had been wishing for someone to just simply break down what each of the settings do, and your videos do a really good job of conveying what exactly each synth actually does!
this tutorial was amazing it covers every posibility its short, conscise and very graphic in the way you explained it i understood everything even though im native spanish speaker thanks
I love your explanations of the physical models, very concise and vivid!

I have been subbed to your channel for the beautiful improvs and amazing sounds only -synth videos, but it looks like you make top class tutorials as well!
You planning on doing one of these on Operator? Also, I'd love to see not just the basic functions, but how to create specific sounds with some of these plugins. As in, putting some of this into the context of a production.

Interesting. Good explanation. Thank you
This is literally one of the best tutorials I've watched. So concise and easy to understand but so detailed at the same time
thanks!

Very nice description of this plug-in!! Thank you!
I never realised I’ve had this for years 😅 I never use the Live stock instruments but this amazing. I love the interface design.

That's the best description of an electric piano I've ever heard!

Good explanation. Thank you
Wondering how many different physical modeling rhodes and wurli vst's you can compare?

Operator should be up tomorrow! I also plan on doing more patch-making vids in the future too. Stay tuned.
Is there no way to change the attack & release of the notes? I can't find a knob for that anywhere
Thanks
How can I adjust the sustain envelope?
I bet this is all FM synthesis under the hood. Electric sounds good though! I like it better than the Korg DM-1 E Piano modeling.
Hey, thank you for this video.
May I have a question? How can I simulate Fender Rhodes, since there is a lot of reverb and tremollo. Thank U
I think something like detuning, low and high passing, stereo imaging and reverb in a rack are what you need
SO many people sleep on this and just go straight to lounge lizard
What electric where when did this come from
These physical modeling synths are a failure. They don’t sound like the instruments they’re modeling.
💯this instrument is awful. 😂😂😂
