The blue screen is something nobody wants to see when they’re on their computer. And it happened to 8.5 MILLION computers at the same time! The world was effectively shut down while it happened. Flights were grounded, hospitals were on pause, everything just stopped.
Microsoft and CrowdStrike identified that the problem was a faulty update and released a fix, but the damage was done and it may take weeks to recover.
