I love your kit! It's so cheerful.
I'd love to do Crocktober, too, but I'd have to make so many alterations to the recipes that it wouldn't be very helpful. Dairy triggers migraines for me, so that limits a lot of what I can cook in a Crockpot. I do hope it makes your life simpler and is a blessing for your family. Having good meals planned out like that really can boost a person's mood.
