The thing is, this mission isn't that controversial. They use adult looking like NPC's, and if they scaled it down to a sense of realistic looking like NPC's, yes.

The most unrealistic part is how many lights are off and how dark it is in some of those hallways.

I really do not like how dumb the AI is in this game. Especially the civillians should be shouting for help, teling us where suspects are and running off to safety. This game has barely improved since 2004 SWAT 4.
The civilians actually do point towards enemies when they can.

Probably because the game has way too many controls. So that means that there's not enough buttons on a PS5 controller to cover all available controls.

Probably not. It really just depends if your laptop matches the recomended system requirements. And if your specs are better than the recommended ones the game is most likely gonna run smooth as butter.
