Hi Lauren, i love the video, i love all your clothes and the combinations that you wear, you are awesome and your talent is unic and perfect, obviously you are practice all the days.
I recommend you the tenis On Running, there are for run but the comfort and the styles are perfect, i think that very useful for you because since you are jumping all the time and you have impact on your feet and knees with those sneakers, you will feel like you are walking on a cloud, in something very soft that cushions and takes care of your body.

Thank you for your insights. Clothes : Practical, works. Stylish, cool. And from me. Comfortable, definitely.
For me, If I am comfortable wearing something, I go for it.
Tip. Don't follow a trend, that works for somebody else, if it doesn't work for you. Set your own trend. Be a trendsetter. If it works for you, others will follow.
People who are good at what they do. Don't follow trends they make them. For example Bruce Lee, Muhammed Ali.
With your looks and popularity. Makes it that much easier.
Consider how torn and ripped jeans became a trend in major fashion houses a few years back. Normally only fit for the poor and homeless.
Consider for a laugh doing jump rope wearing 8 to 10 heel platform heels. If you want to give it a try and see what it's like. Safety 1st. Surround yourself with of plenty of soft landing area to avoid injury. Not recommended.
Foolhardy video like this would go viral in an instant.
Question? How comfortable was it wearing cowboy boots, doing jump rope for the TEXAS HOLD'EM VIDEO compared to what you regular wear.

Check out color therapy. Different colors effect moods, energy, ambience health, healing, balancing. From your surroundings to what you are wearing to which part of the body you are wearing it.
Knowing the meaning and effects colors can have It will also help you checking people out when meeting them. As well as how they can benefit you and yours plans.
Simple rule of thumb. 7 colors in the rainbow links to each of 7 endocrine glands and 7 chakras (energy centers). For example. If you want more staying power energy Red, (red can be a doubled edged sword, enhance energy or anger), or Blue for calm. Check online. I having been using color therapy for ages in my practice. Also most of your videos contain music.
Similarly 7 notes on a musical scale, also matches up likewise. For example why certain notes or sounds you really like lots in a song. Now you know which part of your body they most working on.
Now you can shop for colors to suit your specific needs for your lifestyle. Apply it not just clothes, but accessories, home, transport anything else too.

Hi Lauren, you need to check out what an Australian company making leggings and matching sport bras, that technically performance wise, features and fit and finishes, try out offerings from Lorna Jane. As someone who has spent a lifetime developing performance fabrics then these are a level above what Nike, Adidas and the like can bring to market. I’m not an employee, just someone who has spent over 30 years bringing the best to the market and also comparing all others.
