I'm in BRAZIL, but when watching the jubelee four I became a fan of GEORGE MACFADDEN, and like every fan, I started researching his biography, but I got sad when I realized that the American media didn't give him the same space they gave to, the BIG CHIEF, J D SAMER, GEORGE YONCE And others who have their biography on wikipedia, but I'm still looking to know about the life of BIGGIE MACFADDEN, if you know let me know.
I love these guys even though I'm in Brazil and they're in heaven. it's a shame we don't know anything about the Macfadden one of the best basses of antiquity
They had no idea that in the 21st century they would have a passionate fan base in Rio de Janeiro-Brazil, I'd like to get everything about them, especially MacFadden, one of the greatest basses I've ever heard, plus he doesn't have a biography on the internet.
Back when people were sincere in their relationships with one another. Nowadays it's all just one side sniping at the other and crying foul when things don't go as planned. WE'RE ALL AMERICANS NOW, and that includes people with whom we disagree. I'll support equality, but that works both ways.
Not to quibble, but, yes, respect is a two-way street. But you're quite wrong about how "sincere" people were back then. When this was made those back up singers couldn't stay at the Stardust hotel where this was recorded. They had to stay in a blacks only hotel off the strip. That was just 60 years ago. It's easier for some to forget than others.
